Home description
Luxury villa set within the stunning location in the picturesque village of Arapkoy. Beautifully furnished, this property offers guests a wonderful holiday experience.
Beachcomer comprises 3 double bedrooms (1 twin, 2 doubles, one with en-suite) and an exceptionally spacious open plan living area. Every care has been taken to make guests as comfortable as possible with air-con in all rooms. Outside there is a fantastic private pool and barbeque area for those nights when alfresco dining is a must! The pool has additional lights for evening swimmers!! and is also maintained twice weekly.
The property is ideally situated to be away from the town but conveniently placed for easy access to the shops/pharmacy etc which are a 5 minute drive away. There is also a village shop for all the day to day essentials which is within walking distance.
We have also supplied our guests with an additional 7 ton water tank as supply of water is very limited on the island.

The Kyrenia District
Northern Cyprus has a huge amount of historic interest which includes such places as Kantara Castle and Bellapais Abbey. It also has many fabulous beaches within a 15 min drive, including the famous turtle beach where a varierty of sea life can be found, together with many water sports.
However what makes this island so appealing is the fact that the summers are very long and the winters are mild so it is a perfect destination for anytime of the year.
Arapkoy area
The main attraction of the North is Kyrenia harbour which is only a 15minute drive away. The picture perfect little town with it's magnificent castle and stunning back drop. The harbour is filled with old wooden boats from past times and chic pavement restaurants and candle lit bars which, make it a must for a visit either during the day or night.
Boat trips and fishing expeditions can also be arranged when you are visiting the harbour
There are many activities for children too - such as - a superb go carting track, scuba diving, horse trecking and para gliding!!
There are many festivals that can be enjoyed but these are normally celebrated during spring and early summer.
How to get there
You can fly either to Larnaca (LCA) or Ercan (ECN) via Turkey. Direct flights to Larnaca are available from ost airports and by many charter and scheduled airlines. For flights to Ercan contact your Travel Agent, Turkish Airlines or Cyprus Turkish Airlines on 02079304851. For further info. please contact the owner. Transfers from either airport direct to the villa can be arranged on booking, and you should allow £45 from/to Larnaca and £25 for Ercan. We can highly recommend a local car hire company who will provide your transfers and vehicle. They supply an excellent service at very low prices. Your choosen car will be delivered to the villa shortly after your arrival. We will supply these details on booking.

Further details indoors: The villa is fully equipment for all our guests needs from kitchenware to bedding we also have supplied books, games, large selection of DVD's and an x-box with 10 games. Air con in ALL rooms. Additional water tank. Equipment for babies under 1 - fisher price room moniter, walker, travel cot, high seat for dining table and baby bouncer. Car seat stage 1 and booster seat for older children.
Further details outdoors: Supplied with the property are 6 sunlounger and cushions, parasol and barbeque. There are also terraces to all three bedrooms to take in the stunning views. The large irragted garden has many beautiful plants and has been professionally landscaped.
