This modern, beautifully finished, two storey villa has four bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a super king size four poster bed and access to the balcony with views over the private landscaped garden and lake.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have king size beds.
Bedroom 4 is furnished with two single beds.
All the bedrooms have ample wardrobe space, high ceilings, tiled floors and are all air-conditioned.
A baby's travel cot is also available, should you require one.
Clean bed linen and towels are all provided at the commencement of your stay and are changed on a weekly basis.
The villa will also be cleaned prior to your arrival.
There is a large family bathroom, plus an en-suite bathroom off the master bedroom.
There is a separate toilet downstairs.

Through the patio doors leading off the Lounge/Dining room is the private landscaped garden and swimming pool.
The swimming pool has spa water jets.
The lush garden is comfortable with an outdoor dinning table, umbrellas and sun loungers.
Through the gate, leading off the garden you can gain access to the pathways that surround the lake and community.
The path also leads to the communal swimming pools should you want to use them.
At the front of Villa Gazelle there is shaded parking space enough for two cars.
Car hire is recommended to make the most of your vacation and provide you with added freedom to go exploring.
Petrol in Dubai is, as you would expect, cheaper than in Europe. Filling a tank full of gas would cost less than £10!
The roads in Dubai are very good to drive on with English road signs that are easy to follow.
If, however, you want to avoid driving, then using taxis are an ideal way to get out and about.
Taxis are very cheap and can be ordered from the villa free of charge using the telephone.
Professionally run and well maintained, these metered taxies are manned by trained and courteous drivers. Most taxis are equipped with the Global Positioning System, so there is little chance of getting lost.

Heated Swimming Pool
Heating of the swimming pool is not included within our rental rates. For the majority of the year there is no need to have the pool heated. However, during the winter months (Nov – Feb) some guests prefer to heat the pool. There is an additional charge of £65 per week to have the pool heated. Please advise at the time of booking if you would like the pool heated. Alternatively, you may pay locally our property manager 400 Dirhams. PLEASE NOTE - the pool would take THREE days to heat up from cold. Therefore, Guests that would like to pool warm on arrival must inform us of this at least five days before arrival.

What to expect
Dubai is really two Cities, Dubai and Deira. Divided by the Creek, they are a paradise for sightseeing and both have their unique characters. You will be amazed at the diversity of architecture and cultures to be found here, ranging from traditional Arab houses to magnificent modern towers of steel and glass. The iconic Burj Khalifa Tower now dwarfs all the existing buildings in Dubai and indeed the world claiming the crown of the tallest building on the planet! The observation deck "At The Top" on level 124 is now open to the public for viewing and is a must see event. The Creek is the main artery of Dubai, winding inland from the Gulf for about six miles. On its clear waters you will see traditional teak trading dhows plying their trade across the Gulf, heading as far as India. At night, the waterfront is a hive of activity, as Abras, the local water taxis, criss-crosses the Creek carrying people to their chosen restaurant or attraction for the evening.
Visitors who arrive in Dubai often expect a hot, dusty, barren town surrounded by hostile desert. Instead they find a clean, dynamic, in some parts lush green city, straddling a natural harbour flanked by sparkling Gulf waters and attractive sandy beaches. The hinterland is largely desert and arid mountains, but it is tamed just enough by the tour guides to enable urban adventurers to roam its dunes and wadis for a glimpse of the last frontier and Arabian Wildlife.

I and my family have just returned from a great holiday at villa Gazelle in Dubai. We stayed for 2 weeks the weather was great and the villa was so well equipped with everything you need. My daughter was so happy to have wifi so she could use her laptop and stay I touch with her friends back home. The pool was a bit cold for my youngest daughter but after a short phone call to the villa management team the heater was turned on for her (Great service) The villa is only a short drive / Taxi ride from the main part of Dubai (10-15mins) and large shopping malls . and only a few minutes from local shops / supermarkets / takeaways / restaurants/ etc. We all had a wonderful time and will stay in this villa again |

“We stayed at the villa gazelle twice with the family. Me, my husband and 2 yr old daughter as well as my father, mother and sister. The villa consists of 4 bedrooms (3 king beds upstairs and 2 twin beds in the downstairs bedroom) so ample space to accommodate larger families or a group of friends. Our first stay was during August when we visited Dubai to explore moving here with the family. Then we returned again in September prior to settling into our new home. The villa was the ideal place for our short term stay during this transition as well as the additional benefit of its holiday facilities. It is very comfortable and homey with all the necessities you would need as well as the provided towels and linens which were neatly laid out on the cleanly prepared beds. It's as if checking into a hotel. Additionally a free weekly laundry service for the towels and linen as well as a free housekeeping service is provided. And upon our check in it was very nice to also find a tray displaying free coffee and tea packs giving you a welcoming impression. The outdoor garden area was very cozy and an absolute joy, even during the hot august month we could not resist sitting outside for a bit and enjoying an occasional late night dip and relaxation in the pool. In addition, a full tv entertainment package is provided with all international channels including both Arabic and English favourites. During our first stay, we faced a few minor maintenance problems which were politely and thoughtfully taken care of. Raymond (the villa owner) personally made sure that any comments or complaints were quickly handled to our satisfaction. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend anyone to visit villa gazelle! Finally we would heartily like to thank Raymond for our lovely stay.”

Alle Dinge des t?glichen Lebens (Supermarkt etc) sind in wenigen autominuten zu erreichen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, es ist alles bis zur Sp?lmaschine, vorhanden. Der Pool ist geheizt und wird t?glich durch einen Polllservice gereinigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.”
English Translation: “Nice villa in a quiet neighbourhood - Together with our racing team it's the 5th time we visited Dubai for the 24h race. The house is situated in a lovely and well-tended complex and in a quiet neighbourhood. All the things you need in life (supermarket etc.) are within a couple of minutes by car. The house is very well equipped, everything you need is there including a dishwasher. The pool is heated and daily maintained by a pool service. We would love to come back.”
