The house has been carefully thought out in terms of the decoration. The rooms have lovely high ceilings, the interiors are all very light and airy and the soft and relaxing tones of the decoration lend an elegant feel to the property throughout.
Outside the facilities are equally pleasing. There is a swimming pool which measures 12 x 3.5 m, set in 5ha of land, all cared for with an automatic watering system.
There is also a terrace with garden furniture for eating out in the warm Provencal evenings and enjoying the views of the countryside around you.
There are all the facilities that you'd expect in a property of this quality. Everything really has been carefully thought through for the comfort of the guests.

The ground floor of the villa is quite open plan with the kitchen leading to the dining room which leads on to the lounge area. The living room is nicely laid out with comfortable and very tasteful furnishings, an open fireplace if you're visiting in the winter and a DVD player should you need some entertainment.
The kitchen is an open plan style area that is very well equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, oven and microwave oven.
There is a laundry room with a washer and a dryer available for your use.
There are four bedrooms, three doubles and one twin room, accommodating 8 people comfortably.
There are two en-suite shower rooms, plus a large bathroom and a separate WC.
Winter heating: Is included in the rental cost.
Gas, electric, & water: are all included in the rental cost.
End-of-stay cleaning: The owner requests that you leave the bathrooms and the kitchen in the same clean state as when you arrived. If this is not the case then a 150 euros cleaning fee will become payable. Included in the rental cost are two hours of housework during the stay and the garden and swimming pool maintenance
Bed & bathroom linen: is included in the rental cost.
Taxe de Sejour: in France, it is necessary to pay a “Taxe de Séjour” at the end of your stay. It has been included here in the rental cost.
Damage deposit: The owner requests a damage deposit of 1000 Euros on arrival and this will be refunded to you at the end of your stay, less the replacement cost of any breakages. It can also be paid for using a credit card authorisation.
Change over day: Saturday in high season, some flexibility out of high season.
Long weekend stays: Available on request in low season.
Pets: Small pets are permitted on request at this villa - please let us know if you would like to bring yours.
Smoking: is not permitted inside this villa – sorry.

The town of Apt (3km from the Villa) is a typically Provencal market town. It has a great selection of shops, including a few boulangeries for your morning croissant, some good restaurants and a few cafes.
If activity is your thing, this area is perfect for walking, climbing, cycling, mountain biking, trekking, golf, tennis and swimming.
The Apt / Luberon area
The winding roads of the Luberon, with spectacular views, are great to explore and you'll find loads of picturesque villages (Gordes, Menerbes, Bonnieux) on the doorstep.
There's loads to do and see in the area; St Remy-de-Provence, famous for its Roman architecture, Les Baux with its ruined castle and unique rock formations, L'Isle sur la Sorgue, famous as an antique centre and market. Also within easy reach are Pont du Gard, Avignon with the Palace of the Popes, Marseille with its famous waterfront, the Amphitheatre at Nimes and the cultured avenues of Aix-en-Provence.
