Home description
This well-maintained mobile home is available for holiday lets at extremely fantastic prices. It is both clean and tidy with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, toilet and shower. There is a pull-out bed in the living room allowing accommodation for up to six people. The home is fully connected to the sewage and waste water systems while electricity and fresh water are supplied through meters. A small television and DVD are provided as are crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, toaster, iron and kettle. For cooking you will have a cooker which uses bottled gas and a microwave oven. However, bed linen and towels are not provided. There is also a refrigerator.

Apremont area
The medieval village of Apremont with its shops, cafes and 16th century chateau is only 2 kilometers away and, nearby, is a lake where it is possible to fish, hire a boat or pedalo or just relax on the small beach. Golf is also available in the area.
St Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, with its beautiful sandy beaches is less than half-an-hour's drive away to the west.
How to get there
The camp site is 50 - 60 minutes drive from the airport at Nantes and 1.5 hours from the airport at La Rochelle. It is a comfortable 3 hour drive from the ferry port at St Malo. Car hire is available from a range of companies at Nantes and La Rochelle including Europcar, Budget, Hertz and others. Britany Ferries operate services from Portsmouth to St Malo. As there is no bus service to the campsite a car would be very useful.

Further details outdoors: Outside there is a wooden terrace where you can soak up the glorious sunshine and relax on those warm evenings. During the high season the cafeteria/bar is open every day for snacks, ice-creams, bread, refreshments etc.... and there are organised games and entertainments all conducted in the English language. There are also two heated swimming pools and 1 paddling pool, table tennis, a boules ground and a children's playground. The two washing machines and dryer are available all the year.

Please note that a non-refundable deposit of £50 must be paid at the time of booking. The balance will then be due no later than 8 weeks before the start of the hire period. If a booking request is made 8 weeks or less before the start of the hire period the full amount is due with the booking. Therefore, if the hirer cancels the holiday within this period of time the charge, less the deposit, can only be refunded if the accommodation can be re-let. If the booking is cancelled more than 8 weeks before the start date of the hire period the full amount paid, less the deposit, will be refunded. A refundable security deposit of £100 will also be required with the balance of the rental charge and will be refunded at the end of the hire period minus the cost of any damages etc.
You, the hirer, will have to accept the rules and regulations of the site and will be required to take full responsibility for the other members contained in your group. The hirer must report to reception immediately on arrival to the site and on their final departure from the site. The maximum number of people allowed to be accommodated in one single mobile home is SIX, if this rule is not abided by, the site manager may refuse any unknown people (people not on the booking form) from entering the site. Deep fat frying food is strictly prohibited inside the mobile homes.
Unless otherwise agreed, the hire shall commence at 1400, local time, on a Saturday and end at 1000 on a Saturday. If you wish to arrive or depart on a different day the charge will be from the Saturday preceeding your arrival to the Saturday following your departure.
Not all facilities advertised are available during the early and late season, and a charge may be made by the site manager for certain facilities. The campsite management is responsible for all safety contained in sports and children's play area and equipment provided for clients and are also responsible for the maintenance of all facilities.
The safety of all children must, at all times, remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians and they must not run about the site, out of control, and creating a disturbance for other residents.
A welcome pack will be available in the mobile home when you arrive with details of local facilities and information about the area plus full details about the mobile home itself and the operation of its facilities.
