BREATHTAKING VIEWS OVER BIDEFORD BAY TOWARDS LUNDY ISLAND

Renovated to a high standard and refurbished in 2014, this superb detached property is situated in one of North Devon's most prestige locations and benefits from some of the finest views over Northam Burrows, Westward Ho!, the beach and Lundy Island.

On the outskirts of Appledore, you will be a 15 minutes stroll to the quayside as well as the Maritime Museum, restaurants, shops and numerous family pubs all serving good food. Westward Ho! beach is also an easy walk and offers 2 miles of golden sands, popular with bathers, surfers and sun seekers. There are a variety of leisure activities on your doorstep including National Trust cliff-top walks, tennis, championship golf course, riding, swimming pool and more. The market town of Bideford is a 10 minutes drive and offers high street shops, pannier and open-air market and is also the home to the Oldenburg for day trips to Lundy Island.
