4 bedroom villa sleeps 8. Large spacious open plan luxury villa. 400 sq metres. Ideal for families. Villa Thea is situated on the eastern plateau of the resort and is built on 2 plots giving plenty of privacy and outdoor living space. The villa has sea views and is a 2 minute walk from the 6th hole.
It is a 15 minute stroll from the golf clubhouse, tennis courts, spa and the resort's five star hotel, village shops bar and restaurants. The resort now also has its own beach facilities which are within walking distance.
There also are many restaurants and tavernas in the nearby villages of Kouklia and Pissouri and the town of Paphos is a twenty minute car ride from the resort. The resort is conveniently located a 10 minute drive from Paphos airport.

The Paphos District
Paphos Town is located approx 15 Km from Aphrodite Hills and is a busy and bustling resort with ample bars, restaurants and activities to keep guests entertained should you choose to take trip from Aphrodite Hills during your stay.
The birth place of Goddess Aphrodite is situated approx 2km away and Kouklia Traditional Cypriot Village with its local Shops and tavernas is a short 5 min drive away.

Aphrodite Hills resort is built around a magnificent 18 hole championship golf course approx 10 miles east of Paphos town. There is also a three hole academy course and excellent driving range and chipping and putting practice facilities.
There are three resident golf professionals. The Aphrodite Hills resort offers a multitude of activities to keep you, and your friends and family, occupied. These include golf, championship standard tennis courts, horse riding, health spa, gymnasium, shops, restaurants, bank and bars all in a traditional Cypriot setting. The property is fully serviced and towels and bedlinen are provided. The property will be cleaned and towels and bed linen changed once per week. Please contact the owner for bookings.
A deposit of 20% is payable on booking with the balance due eight weeks before commencement of let. A security deposit of £250 (€290) is also required to cover damages. This is fully refundable.
