Kairos is a luxury 6 bedroom air conditioned villa, perfect for family groups or for more discerning golfers. The villa boasts a heated 13m infinity pool and 40 jet Canadian hot tub for you to relax in while you enjoy views of the Infamous Aphrodite hills golf course and the eastern Mediterranean.
The Villa is spread across 3 floors with the master bedroom dominating the top floor with spectacular sea views from a private balcony. The roof off the villa has a tranquil sun deck with full 360 panoramas and is totally secluded for uninterrupted sunbathing.
There is also a BBQ and food preparation area on the deck to supplement the fully equipped kitchen.
Villa Kairos Is the ideal base from which to enjoy the activities, sites and dramatic scenery that Cyprus is famous for.

The Paphos District
The south of the Island enjoys a true Mediterranean climate; Hot dry summers that extend from May to October and short mild winters. The climate is modified by the Troodos Mountains where you can ski from Jan to March. The Paphos District like much of Cyprus is riddled with Greek mythology.
As legend would have it this part of the Island is where Aphrodite (the goddess of love) enjoyed her romance with Adonis. You can visit the waterfalls at the Adonis baths, the white sandy beaches at coral bay and the rock where Aphrodite her self was born from the sea.
The history is multi cultural and can be traced through the museums, mosaics and local architecture. The Town itself was once the First City of Cyprus and a thriving Port complete with Byzantine fort. Today it remains a hive of colour and excitement with great shopping and diverse entertainment. The area is famous for its nature reserve on the Akams peninsular.
Aphrodite Hills / Kouklia area
The Villa is part of the Aphrodite Hills resort which is famous for its superb golf course, sports facilities and of course the dramatic scenery of southern Cyprus. The epicentre of the resort is five minutes from the villa and has a championship tennis centre, riding, a gym and of course the 18 hole championship golf course.
For those coming to Cyprus to relax there is ‘The Retreat’ health spa. The village has shops, banking facilities and of course a selection of bars and restaurants and take always. To help keep your holiday stress free there is child care and youth clubs in the village for ages 6 months to 17. There is also a baby sitting service.
At the edge of the resort are two beach clubs that offer a huge range of water sports and beach activities or parasols and sun beds if you prefer. The resort is ideally located just 15minutes drive from Paphos airport and town and 20 minutes from Larnaca.

Further details indoors: The main living area is cool, peaceful and open plan with plenty of space for dining, entertaining or just loafing around. On the ground floor there is the added advantage of a full surround sound cinema room for family entertainment, reviewing your golf swing or for keeping the children quiet!
3 of the 6 bedrooms are en suite with a fourth family bathroom. The beds are such that they can be twin beds or king-size. This is done using a unique zip Lock system so there is no falling down gaps in the beds.
All Double beds can be unzipped to make 2 singles.
Internal 'Lutron' Music system can connect to i-pods and MP3 players for music in all rooms. Tables can be joined and plenty of spare seating in and outside.
Further details outdoors: On the terraces and around the pool there is plenty of Space for sunbathing, relaxing in the shade or for long lazy meals alfresco style.
Gardens and pool are maintained.

Preferred change over day is Saturday but can be flexible. There is an extra charge to have the pool heated.
