Villa Destu is located just 5 -10 mins minutes’ level walk from all resort amenities - golf clubhouse, village square, restaurants, kids clubs, spa, gym and hotel, and 3 mins drive from the beach.

The villa benefits from its own full-size private pool, with a shallow end perfect for children. The spacious pool-side terrace and upstairs balcony offer stunning golf course views, and all the facilities you need for relaxed al fresco dining. With one double and one twin bedroom (which can be re-configured on request as two doubles or two twins) the villa is ideal for families, golfers or those who simply want the perfect place to relax in the sun.

The Paphos District

With year round sunshine, soothing sea breezes and a wealth of things to see and do, Paphos Disrtrict is the ideal destination for young families and sunlovers of all ages. The vibrant town of Paphos, with its bars, restaurants and beaches, is only 20 mins from the Resort. Around its delightful harbour area you will find the Frankish Castle (which hosts many cultural activities during the season), the famous Paphos mosaics and the Tomb of the Kings.
Five minutes drive from the villa is ‘Petra tou Romiou’ (Aphrodite’s Rock), where Aphrodite, the goddess of love, is said to have emerged from the sea. A few kilometres beyond lies Pissouri, a small traditional village, with a delightful beach and a broad selection of restaurants and shops circling its historic village square. Further eastwards, the ‘Kourion’ is not to be missed with its wonderful amphitheatre, ancient baths and mosaics.

Local beaches are plentiful and include: ‘The Cove’ 3 mins drive from the villa, as well as Aphrodite’s Rock and Pissouri (with its wealth of water sports) and Avdimou - which is home of the Zias Beach Club.

Further afield, the beautiful Akamas Peninsula and the scenic Troodos Mountains, with their traditional villages and pine and cedar forests, are two areas well worth a visit.

With its varied beaches and landscapes, citrus groves, olive and carob trees, traditional villages, ancient ruins, sport, beaches and beautiful climate Paphos District is an excellent year round destination.


Aphrodite Hills / Hestiades Greens area

In a spectacular setting overlooking the very spot where Aphrodite, Goddess of Love, is said to have emerged from the waves lies Aphrodite Hills - Cyprus' first fully integrated 5* resort. If holiday luxury is what you desire, then Aphrodite Hills is the place for you. Officially opened in Spring 2005 the resort is surrounded by protected natural parkland & incorporates two gently sloping plateaux, dotted with olive and carob trees, that straddle a spectacular and unspoilt ravine. The resort is within easy reach of both Paphos & Limassol. Paphos International Airport (PFO) is less than 15 minutes drive, while Larnaca Airport is an easy one hour motorway drive to the east.

Attractions beyond the resort include the pine forested Troodos mountains and the beautiful Akamas Peninsula, with its expanse of untamed parkland and secluded beaches. While the popular tourist destinations of Pissouri, Paphos, Limassol, Polis, Coral Bay and Peyia are all within easy driving distance of Aphrodite Hills, and make for a marvellous day out.

If you would rather savour the rich history of the Island then ancient Greek artefacts & ruins can be found throughout the entire Paphos area.

For the children there are 3 separate waterparks - one on the outskirts of Paphos & 2 near Limassol.

In addition, Aphrodite Hills has created a new beach club for resort guests. The Beach Club is located a short drive from the resort and a complimentary shuttle will be available to transfer guests in both directions at frequent intervals. The sandy, children-friendly beach offers luxury bar and restaurant facilities.

The villa is beautifully appointed and comfortably furnished, with a well equipped kitchen and ample space for relaxation and dining. It has a full satellite TV package (including all UK terrestrial channels, BBC World, Sky News, Sky Sports, Sky Movies, MTV and numerous other channels). It also has a DVD player (and a large selection of DVDs) and Play Station 2 console. Wireless broadband is available for use with laptops.
Full air conditioning is included in the rental price. Security safe for valuables. Family packs to include cots and high chairs are available at a small extra charge.

The sitting room leads out onto the spacious and well equipped terrace area (sun loungers, dining furniture and BBQ). The dining area is well shaded, and a large parisol is available for those who prefer some cover around the pool.
The pool area is within direct line-of-sight from the kitchen and sitting room - an important safety consideration if you have young children to supervise (we know what its like!). The full-size, 8m x 4m, pool faces west and so enjoys excellent sun from mid-morning until sunset. The terrace and pool area have golf views, and have a marvellous sense of space and light, while enjoying the privacy afforded by the established garden and adjoining trees. These features combine to make Villa Destu one of the prime locations in Hestiades Greens.

Upstairs, the spacious balcony is accessed from the hall or the master bedroom. With comfortable dining furniture, it is the ideal place to enjoy the stunning views and perfect al fresco meals, or simply to relax and watch the magnificent Mediterranean sunsets

Conditions

Booking Conditions:

A non-refundable deposit of 15% of the rental fee is required to confirm a booking.

The balance of the rental fee must be paid 8 weeks before the arrival date.

A refundable breakages deposit of £150 is required. This will be added to the rental balance payment and will be refunded within two weeks of your departure from the Villa (subject to satisfactory property inspection). Charges will not be made for reasonable wear-and-tear. However, costs will de deducted for repairs, additional cleaning charges and major replacements caused by negligence or intentional mistreatment of the property.

We can accept deposit and balance payments by cheque or bank transfer in GBP.

Pool heating is an optional extra and is charged at rate of £140 per week.

A refundable £150 security deposit is required with the final balance payment. Deductions would only be made for non wear-and-tear breakages, or intentional damage. The deposit or balance will be refunded within 14 days of the final day of the rental period.
