Home description

Arranged around its very own private kidney shape swimming pool, this attractive 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached villa offers great family accommodation with the benefit of a ground floor bedroom and shower room. The living space is a wonderful social area with a comfortable sitting room with fireplace, TV, DVD player and satellite, open planned to a formal dining area and modern fitted kitchen, well equipped with all one could need on holiday, including a dishwasher and washing machine. The ground floor bedroom is a spacious double room with patio door leading onto the pool terrace and has an adjoining shower room. The other 2 bedrooms are on the first floor; the master room is a large double bedroom with en-suite shower room and large balcony with pleasant views. The second bedroom is twin room (with 2 single beds) and has an en-suite bathroom, with shower over the bath. The villa sleeps 6 adults comfortably and the ground floor bedroom and shower room is a bonus for families who holiday with elderly relatives. Outside, the villa has ample space for relaxing and sun bathing around the pool – with sun beds provided. There is an outside table and chairs with sun umbrella, ideal for breakfast, lunch and dinner! The gardens are carefully landscaped with colourful plants and shrubs, from here you enjoy a pleasant outlook over the adjoining countryside.

The Paphos District

Tucked away in a quiet location, one of only a handful of detached private villas on the rural fringes of Kouklia Village. A delightful traditional village, approx 16 km from Paphos and 850m above sea level. The villa is within walking distance of the village centre which offers several coffee shops and taverns, a small shop, church, Snake Park & Reptile Park, the famous tourist attraction of Palaipafos & the Sanctuary of Aphrodite… Literally minutes from the village you have 2 first class Golf Courses; Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley – a huge benefit for the keen golfer! Just around the corner from 2 brilliant courses and even a third Golf Course (Tsada Golf Club) just inland from Paphos, a 20 mintues drive.


Aphrodite Hills / Kouklia area

Paphos International Airport is a mere 10 minutes, the vibrant town and harbour is 15 – 20 minutes where you’ll find a huge variety of shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, taverns, bars, nightclubs etc. In the Paphos region there are many tourist attractions and facilities for all ages, from ancient mosaics and archeological site to water parks and go-karts…
