Completed in 2008, this stunning luxury villa has all you need for a perfect family holiday. With its central location you are no more than 5 minutes walk from the fantastic facilities that the Aphrodite Hills Spa and Golf Resort has to offer.

The village centre sports restaurants to suit all tastes, from traditional pub grub through to the fine dining of international cuisine. Whether you prefer an active break playing the world renowned golf course or polishing up on your tennis at the fantastically appointed tennis academy or prefer the sanctuary of a luxury spa, Aphrodite Hills caters for all of your holiday needs.

Kids of all ages won't be disappointed as there are plenty of clubs and activities laid on for them. Secluded beaches and pretty villages are a short drive away for those who want to explore further. The villa has a lovely private pool and sun terrace (with gas barbecue) along with a stunning roof terrace giving panoramic views of the sea and surrounding areas.

8 x 4m private pool. Sun terrace with dining table and chairs along with sun loungers. Gas barbecue. Large roof terrace with dining table and chairs along with additional seating offering panoramic views!

There are many activities for kids including a children's' playground for both younger and older children plus an aerial rope and mini golf. There is a kids club based in the Intercontinental Hotel that provides childcare for 3-12 year olds. There are also facilities for the teens that have their own full day programmes and a special Grotto club with pool, table football, computer games and soft drinks.

As well as the Inter Continental Hotel close by there is: The Aphrodite Hills Tennis academy currently offers five floodlit hard courts and four clay courts, all floodlit. The Gym on resort houses an extensive range of cardiovascular equipment – treadmill, exercise cycle, rowing machine and stair climber; free weights; Swiss balls and other equipment necessary to ensure workouts are varied and enable you a uniquely different but effective workout on each visit.

The Aphrodite Hills Riding Stables offer horse riding experiences in the forestry land of Lakkos tou Frangou, which is adjacent to the north end of the resort.

Conditions

A deposit of 25% of the price of the property is payable at the time of booking. The balance of your holiday as shown on the Confirmation Receipt must be paid in full at least 8 weeks before arrival date, or where the booking takes place less than 8 weeks prior to arrival the full amount is due immediately, plus standard refundable security deposit.

Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer or cheque (extra time is needed for funds to clear if payment is made by cheque) and bank transfer. If the balance is not paid 8 weeks prior to departure we reserve the right to retain the deposit.

Spa holidays. The Retreat is an award winning health spa on resort. It offers an outdoor spa pool with stunning sea views, an array of therapies, massages and treatments, all set in tranquil ‘monastery inspired’ surroundings. The Retreat has a total of 24 spacious rooms many with sea views, the options include couple rooms to private balconies to specialized hydrotherapy, spa manicure and pedicure rooms, Thai rooms and garden massage pavilions.
The Retreat's operating hours in the summer are from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, with treatments taking place from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Operating hours in the winter are 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, with treatments taking place from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Within 5 minutes walk of 18-hole championship golf course, academy course and driving range. All but a few golf holes have a spectacular view of the sea and from the start of the game golfers are introduced to the history and culture of the location with an 18th Century kiln that lies in the centre of the fairway of the first hole. It is a world-class, championship standard 18 hole, par 71/70 golf course, with a 350 metre double-ended driving range, including a 3 hole academy and superb short game facilities, designed by Cabell Robinson. The total course length is 6,299 meters, with hole 7 being the signature hole and one of the most spectacular par 3's in Europe.

I would just like to say a quick thank you for the use of your Villa in Aphrodite Hills. The villa was perfect for the 4 of us and we enjoyed a fantastic “Lads Golfing Trip” We could walk to the golf, walk to the Tennis, walk to the Restaurants and enjoy a few beers all in glorious sunshine . On a spare afternoon we hired a speedboat and that was awesome too. All in all it was Great value, Great facilities and we look forward to going back again.

We attended a wedding at the resort and hired your lovely villa for the week. It was just fabulous. My husband played golf and I had a wonderful pamper session in the spa. The resort facilities are fabulous and the surrounding area is lovely. Sure we will be back again soon.

My family and I have just returned from a great holiday in your villa. The children had great fun in the pool and it was so easy just to stroll over to the local resort restaurants in the evening.
