About the home

The villa is in one of the best positions on Aphrodite Hills, overlooking the 1st, 10th and 18th fairways to the central resort lake and the sea. All the facilities of this fabulous resort are within a few minutes walk. These include the 5 star hotel, golf clubhouse, village centre, Retreat Spa, kid's clubs and the tennis and golf academies. Whilst convenient for activities the location of the villa is quiet and exclusive.

The property is bright and modern with a dash of Cypriot character. It has luxurious furniture and fittings throughout, including Bosch kitchen appliances and granite worktops. There are marble floors, lofty ceilings, laminated parquet in the bedrooms, an interphone controlled entrance door and satellite TV (inc Sky Sports), with TVs in the lounge and both bedrooms. There is also WiFi access and a good selection of books & DVDs.

The villa design reflects elements of traditional architecture with stome cladded exterior, pitched tiled roof and wooden pergolas. Entrance to the villa is via central gates and a private access road. The pretty gardens are planted with fragrant shrubs. The rear garden overlooks the fairways and the kidney shaped pool is ideal for children. At the front is a small garden, driveway and car port. Outside there are two sunloungers and four chairs with dining table. On the upper terrace you will also find 6 reclining chairs and large table. From here there are stunning views over the golf course towards the sea and Paphos in the distance. Both bedrooms have doors leading onto outside terraces.
