There are marble floors, laminated parquet in the bedrooms, an interphone controlled entrance door and satellite TV.
Further details outdoors: The terraced villa reflects elements of traditional architecture with stome cladded exterior, pitched tiled roof and wooden pergolas. Entrance to the villa is via three controlled central gates and a private access road. The rear garden overlooks the fairways to the sea and the kidney shaped pool is ideal for children. At the front is a small garden, driveway and car port. There is an upper terrace with stunning views. Both bedrooms have doors leading onto terraces.
