The villa is fully air conditioned and also has full radiator central heating and therefore is ideal for all year round base for your winter & summer golf and sporting holiday. ADSL Wireless enabled internet connection, Cable TV, DVD and double CD Hi Fi System wired for sound throughout the villa and outside.
Two sets of golf clubs provided for guests use.
Furnished in traditional style to a high standard. Doors and windows of the open or tilt variety with fly screens on most windows.
Ceiling Fans in Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3. Inside dining table seats 6 but there are also 2 bar stools& breakfast bar between dining and kitchen area. Lounge area has seating for 6 but there are two footstalls plus extra armchairs in the bedrooms which can be used if required. Outside sofas and dining seat 6-10 persons.

The villa has three floors and is surrounded by extensive terracing and patio areas. The main feature is the stunning 12.5m x 7.5m lagoon shaped overflow swimming pool with swim up bar with stools in the water by granite bar with thatched canopy, plus stools on dry land, outside fridge & cupboards. There is a jacuzzi tower with on the first floor a jacuzzi bath overlooking the views, plus Athena statue on the ground floor.
Enjoy the outdoor living experience. Both the ground floor and first floor terraces have rattan 3 and 2 seater sofas, armchairs, with cushions, and coffee tables. There is an outside table for four, a covered dining pergola with long wooden ranch style table seating 8, and a stunning thatched dining pergola with large round marble table seating 6-10 overlooking the sea.
There are reclining chairs provided with cushions, plus parasols.
Built in barbecue with work top, sink and also a kiln oven for cooking delicious kleftico.

Although villa has 4 bedrooms, owners prefer maximum of 6 persons sharing.

Aphrodite Hills Golf and Leisure Resort has everything for a self-contained holiday resort.. Including 18 hole golf course, 3 hole golf academy, driving range, tennis academy, additional hard all purpose courts, horse riding and cycling. Nature Trails in the ravine for walkers. The Retreat, Spa and Thermai offers beauty and body treatments, swimming pool, juice bar, gym, sauna and yoga & fitness classes.
The Village Square has shops, sports/music bar with quiz and theme nights, Premiership & European Live Football, traditional Cypriot taverna with Cyprus Nights with live Greek music and dancing, a Pizzeria/Pasta restaurant offering table service, some Italian buffet nights, also takeaway pizza service, Asian Corner with Chinese & Japanese cuisine, and a fine dining French Brasserie. Also, Coffee Shop, well stocked supermarket and bakery, travel agency, bank, kids club with playground and arts & crafts centre, open air cinema, Chapel. Guests are also able to use the faclities of A/Hills 5 star Interconental Hotel with its four restaurants and swimming pools. There is a beach just at the resort entrance, with picnic areas and nature trail along the coast to Aphrodite's Rock, and an exclusive beach club with loungers, parasols, bar and restaurant at Avidmou, 15 mins away.

We had a lovely time staying at Villa Midas this autumn. The villa is well-equipped - it had everything we could possibly need for our stay and more!! The gardens are immaculately presented with lovely views out to sea. The villa is a great place to relax and enjoy a glass or two watching the sunset from the top floor balcony. The pool is a great size for swimming a few lengths and the spa has a great addition with little seats at the poolside bar. What more could you need! |

Just returned from superb holiday at Villa Midas. The pool was fantastic! The villa location and views are outstanding and the villa is furnished and equipped to a very high standard. The villa is very private with a lovely garden, together with the relaxing patio sofas, bbq, dining areas plus the use of all the resort facilities and restaurants all makes for a wonderful holiday. My wife and I have been regular visitors to Aphrodite Hills for several years now and on each occasion we have hired a luxury Villa for our stay. However, this was the first time that we had stayed in Villa Midas. We can honestly say that is was our best holiday and by far the best accommodation we have ever had the pleasure of renting.
The Villa is luxuriously appointed in every aspect - the furnishings are beautiful but the Villas golden assets are the simply amazing Pool (its huge..), Gardens and its very private setting - looking out onto the Ocean.
We own several properties around the world, but Villa Midas stands out for us considerably... We had a superb holiday and have already booked for next year. I thoroughly recommend the Villa, and we will be telling all of our close friends and family about the wonderful Villa and Setting.
It offers exceptional value for money and John who you deal with when booking the Villa is the ultimate professional, friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. The Owners provide a comprehensive welcome pack ensuring your needs are fully met and they have detailed information on good local restaurants and activities for all of the family.
