One of few apartments on the famous Aphrodite Hills Golf Resort that enjoy spectacular, completely unobstructed ravine, sea and golf views. The one bedroom apartment has a 35 m2 shaded patio which allows outdoor dining at all times, and private sunbathing on two lounge chairs. It is located about 250 m from the Golf Club House and 5 Star Intercontinental Hotel and 300 m to the Village Square which contains Restaurants, a Pub, several shops including a Pharmacy, and a very nice children's play area. A very large, ultra modern Spa is next to the Village Square and offers a huge, fully equipped exercise room, aerobics programs, many specialized Treatment Rooms, Saunas, Hamams and a wonderful disappearing edge pool with the sea directly behind it... perfect for relaxation. The apartment is 50 m from the quiet Adonis Village pool (with separate children's pool) . The apartment has a fully equipped and stocked kitchen. You pay for what you eat or drink.Golf clubs can also be provided if required

The Paphos District

Paphos District is on the west coast of Cyprus and is the most popular tourist destination, with lovely beaches, beautiful village mountains, archeological sites, forests , three golf courses and a huge number of restaurants to choose from. The climate is the mildest in Cyprus with summer temperatures rarely exceeding 36 deg. C in the summer and never below & deg. in the winter.


Aphrodite Hills / Adonis Village area

The famous Aphrodite Hills Golf Course, a par 71 masterpiece is located on a plateau ovelooking the coast, 10 minutes drive from Pafos Airport, 75 minutes drive from Larnaca Airport and just one kilometer from the Rock of Aphrodite. On the west of the plateau and directly under it is the Secret Valley Golf Course which is a less demanding course in a wonderful natural setting, one of the most beautiful valleys in Cyprus. The city of Pafos is a 15 minute drive. The apartment is located just at the entrance of the resort in Adonis Village , a quiet, beautifully landscaped and maintained complex. It's central location eliminates the need for a car for visitors who wish to remain in the resort. However, there are many beautiful villages with tavernas and bars, beaches, archeological sites and nature reserves like the Akamas Peninsula that are worth visiting and for this purpose a car would be needed. Two sets of good golf clubs are available in the apartment at extra charge if required


How to get there

The apartment is on the famous Aphrodite Hills golf course and resort, 10 minutes drive from the Paphos Airport and 75 minutes from the Larnaca airport. Just exit from the main dual carriageway from Limassol to Paphos at the Aphrodite hills exit sign. Adonis Village where the apartment is found is just at the entrance to the resort right at the main roundabout and then immediately to the right. On entering Adonis Village go left at the small roundabout and the apartment is 30 m up the road, on the right with two cypress trees in front of it.

Conditions

An advance payment of 30% will secure your booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks before your arrival. In addition a GBP 75 security deposit is required in case of any damages. This is refundable after your departure if there is no damage to the apartment.
Midweek cleaning of the apartment including linen and towel change available at GBP 25 extra. Please request when booking.
Babysiiting may be available, charged extra.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
Kitchen is fully stocked with many food and drink items.
You may consume what you desire and pay ( supermarket prices )
accordingly based on the list provided.
