This bright and airy two bedroom apartment overlooks the stunning ravine and views to the sea. This apartment is owned by a British family and Managed by a British couple who live just off Aphrodite Hills. The apartment is brightly decorated, furnished to a good standard and equipped with all the required essentials .
The Master bedroom has a King size bed, with spectacular views over the ravine. Just a perfect place to wake up in the morning and enjoy an early cup of coffee listening to the birds and watching the sun rise.
The second bedroom is a Twin with patio doors onto the front porch. The bathroom is situated in-between the bedrooms and has a bath with shower over.
The Apartment is fully furnished and includes SKY satellite, Flat Screen TV, IPod Dock, Playstation2 with a selection of games, DVD, CD player, air-conditioning as well as a fully fitted kitchen. Perfect for Self Catering.
The apartment is ideal for families and couples. It has a large private terrace with both sun and shade areas. 4 Sun-loungers, Table and chairs for 4, so you can enjoy dining alfresco while taking in the beautiful views.
Cot and High chair are available on request. FREE Internet/WIFI has been installed at the apartment.

The resort includes an Annabel Croft Tennis Academy, 5* Intercontinental hotel, full health spa, restaurants, bars, shops, Costa Coffee, Hagen Das Cafe and a new supermarket as well as the golf clubhouse. The apartment has a large private parking area and is a 3 minute level walk to all facilities. There are 8 steps leading down to the apartment so not suitable for wheelchair users, although the apartment and patio are are all on one level once inside.
The apartment is very private located within Adonis Village, it is within 50yards of the Adonis communal pool and a 3 minute walk to the rest of the resort facilities. Aphrodite Hills is an ideal place if you want to just get away and relax or throw yourself into all the sports facilities on offer.

The Adonis communal unheated pool is a short 1 minute walk away with free use of loungers, umbrellas, changing area and toilets.
Free Internet and Wifi is connected at the apartment by Cyta who is the equivalent to BT in the UK.
The apartment is cleaned at the start and end of your stay. If you are staying for 10 days or more there will be a "mid-stay" clean included in the price, if you would like an extra clean this can be arranged at a small cost.

The Paphos region
Aphrodite Hills lies on the South West Coast of Cyprus, 15km East of Paphos. The area is steeped in history and the 5* development lies alongside Aphrodites Rock. This region enjoys 330 days of sunshine per year with Winter temperatures rarely below 16 deg C and Summer temperatures mostly in the 30's.
Aphrodite Hills is THE premier leisure facility in Cyprus and was recently used by the British Olympic team for training and acclimatisation. Paphos is a delightful town and well worth a leisurely visit. The island mixes the charm of Greece with local tavernas and small charming villages with a touch of British influence: driving on the left, signposts in English and even M&S and Debenhams stores. Paphos is served by many airlines and is a four and a half hour flight from the UK. The landscape is very dramatic on Cyprus, enjoying the citrus and olive groves on the lower land and then as you climb higher towards the Troodos it becomes fields of vineyards and pineforests.
Greek is the main language however English is widely spoken.
Aphrodite Hills Resort opened in spring 2005. It is built within a protected forestry area enjoying olive and carob trees and dramatic views over the ravines and sea. It has an active but subdued entertainment program and details will be provided in the apartment and village square.
Cyprus is an almost unique area that allows you to swim in the morning in warm sunshine, yet ski in the Winter afternoon above Troodos in the purpose built ski resort. There is a new free motorway which connects the South West of the Island directly with the South East at Agia Napa and provides quick and painless access to the whole of the South Coast including the towns of Limassol and Larnaka. Hire cars are readily available from Paphos/Larnaka airport as well as on the resort.
If you do wish to move out of the apartment and visit the surrounding areas then a car is essential, although there is a new bus route which goes from Aphrodite Hills to Paphos Harbour. The 5* resort offers many facilities for all ages and price brackets including elegant restaurants, child friendly cafes, kiddies club, horse riding, private beach club, cove, tennis, golf and the spa. There is a new large supermarket on site for provisions. There is a charge for non hotel guests who wish to use the hotel pool, beach club and cove areas. The apartment is privately owned and as such enjoys the benefits of being within a 5* resort, however the hotel may wish to impose charges to use its facilities at any time. Please check with the information centre onsite for correct charges.
Paphos has many supermarkets offering a wide variety of items.
The resort is within easy reach of Paphos, Pissouri & Limassol.

Private Beach Club which is about 15 min from the resort. New in 2010 is a private beach cove and facilities which is located less than a mile away from the hotel. There is a charge to non hotel guests to use the hotel pool, beach club, cove, spa, gym, golf, horse riding and tennis facilities.
As the apartment is privately owned please check at the information centre to see if there are extra charges to use any hotel facilities. The hotel has the right to refuse or change any policy without notice to Non-Hotel guests.
There is a fantastic kiddies club available at the hotel. A Sports bar is located in the village square which shows all major sporting events on the large screen TV. Costa Coffee and Hagen Das have an outlet in the village.
The North of the Island is easily accessible and takes about 1hr to reach, great for a day out or an overight stay. Check with your car insurance to see if you are covered to go to the North of the Island.
