Living Area: The open plan arrangement of the dining area, lounge and kitchen give the villa an true summer feel to it. Leather furniture in the living area combined with plasma TV and direct access to the pool area means you will be enjoying a villa where quality is absolute. The dining area boasts a stunning table with Wicker style chairs with views of the pool and sea from two sides.
The kitchen is fully equipped and features granite worktops to compliment the facilities. Bedrooms and bathrooms: The villa has two spacious double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, one with en suite facilities. The bedrooms have plenty of storage, with wardrobes and glass bedside tables. Three of the bedrooms have direct access to the upper or lower terraces. There is a lower bedroom also, this is fitted with a sofa bed and masses of storage space, has its own shower room and is ideal for a maid/nanny or a teenager needing their own space.
The four shower/bathrooms are all marble tiled with granite surrounds to the sinks and vanity units underneath. The en suite to the master bedroom features a double sink.
Terraces: The main pool terrace is fabulous with ample seating. Views are simple incredible and the villa also has a BBQ making the terrace the perfect place to enjoy summer sun, sun downers, BBQs or quiet relaxation in the shade of the terrace covering. The terrace is accessed from the lounge, dining area or kitchen. The swimming pool is an 11.5m by 5m heated infinity pool.
NEW FOR 2008 An additional £40000 investment in landscaping and the installation of a top of the range hot tub to sit in and enjoy the view.
The upper terrace is accessed by the two upper level bedrooms or from the upper floor passage way. From here one can enjoy panoramic views towards the sea.

To the side of the villa is an 11.5 metre pool with infinity edge to two sides offering that swim into the sea sensation. An outside poolside shower for cooling off.
