Villa Adelais is a superbly furnished and equipped new 4 bedroom villa. Translated, 'Adelais' means noble and the name Alice is derived from it. You might be forgiven for believing you are in Wonderland when relaxing by private 10 x 5 pool taking in the commanding views overlooking Secret Valley, the coast and the deep blue Mediterranean sea. The perfect villa for couples, families, groups of friends, and golfers alike. The pool has the option of being heated during the off peak months.
The lounge has Italian-style furniture with a comfortable 'L' shaped sofa with reclining seats, TV and DVD player. The lounge and dining areas open in double-aspect to the large terrace and pool area where there is further rattan dining table and chairs with parasol and sun loungers. The swimming pool has shallow and deep ends for all to enjoy.
Inside, the open plan lounge leads to a contemporary dining area that seats 8 comfortably. The state of the art kitchen has granite work surfaces and all the high spec appliances and utensils you will need.

This superb 4 bedroom villa sleeps 8 comfortably and is air conditioned throughout to ensure you can escape the mid-day sun and have the most relaxing holiday. One bedroom is on the ground floor with its own en-suite shower room which makes it ideal for elderly or disabled guests. A marble staircase leads to the gorgeous master bedroom with double bed, en suite bathroom and large balcony overlooking the sea. A second double bedroom and a twin bedroom are also upstairs - both with their own en suite shower-rooms.

Villa Adelais has everything you want for the perfect holiday. it is so well equipped you'll have trouble leaving the villa. Children are welcome, it is suitable for the elderly or infirm even a romantic getaway. The location makes it great for family holidays, activity holidays and we've even looked after a few Wedding parties.

We provide sun loungers and parasols for guest use. There is rattan garden furniture for Alfresco dining
Conditions
We require £200 per week holding deposit at the time of booking.
The balance is due 8 weeks before departure.
We ask all guests to provide a £200 breakages deposit.
The Paphos region
You are only a 5 minute drive from the famous Aphrodite’s Rock, countryside and beaches, as well as two Spas, tennis and golf as well as the many friendly local restaurants and tavernas. We even have a friendly local group of residents, Play Social Golf, who play Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills every Wednesday and Saturday and will extend a warm welcome to you to join them in a round of golf or two.
