Contemporary and luxurious theme finished to the highest standards with panoramic inland views, it is an ideal choice for a comfortable, tranquil and relaxing stay at Aphrodite Hills. It is both suitable for family's or couples to share as all bedrooms have their own en suite bathrooms. There is a separate cloakroom at lounge level with wash basin and toilet.

The entire property is decorated in neutral tones with colourful highlights. Modern fixtures and fittings are evident throughout making the villa very homely and welcoming. The living room is styled with minimalistic furniture including a sofa with lounger, a further 2 seater sofa and a 50” flat screen plasma TV that is connected to a DVD/CD player. Nile Sat TV channels.

The room is bright yet warm and the patio doors which open out onto the balcony and terrace area make it very functional and relaxing. This terrace has both sun and shade.

The dining area has a modern table in glass with seating for six. The black crystal chandelier overhead can be dimmed for romantic dinners.

“Beautiful villa, one of the best we've stayed at, lovely resort.” Myself, my husband and our three children - aged 7, 11 & 14 and our son's friend (14) - stayed here in October/November. As you can imagine, pleasing this mix of ages is difficult, but this villa managed it. Large, comfortable, beautifully decorated, well appointed, well furnished, gorgeous outdoor space (in fact, spaces!), we really couldn't have asked for more. No, there isn't a private pool which is a shame, but the shared pool which is just a wander outside, is stunning. In fact, whilst we were there, it was pretty much our private pool anyway as there was never more than a couple of people around. It was about a 10 minute walk in to the village square, tennis club etc. We ate at the Italian which was fab and the taverna, which was also good. We ate in a couple of local tavernas too in Kouklia, which weren't actually much cheaper - so by the time you add on car hire or taxi, it's more expensive. We also went in to Paphos one evening for a look around, which was a nice break. Yes, the shop may be pricey - but which resort shop isn't? The only thing we'd say wasn't good was that there was not much to do (well, nothing) in the evenings. A bit of entertainment would have been nice - I think we were just too late in the season maybe But, that just meant we got back to the villa early and enjoyed relaxing on the patio whilst the kids made the most of watching a DVD on the huge TV. During the day the older kids had a great time on the Segways, they all had a try on the driving range and the youngest two also went to the kids club a couple of times. The kids club was great, but very expensive (€7 per child, per hour) and not worth it unless they are doing something your children enjoy. And a special mention to Nicos, who is the maintenance/villa manager for this villa - he was so helpful and went above and beyond booking us taxis, recommending where to go etc. All round a lovely, relaxing holiday in a beautiful home. Great location within Aprhodite Hills - not too close to feel you're in a resort, not too far away to be isolated. Great corner plot that makes the most of it's views. Highly recommend. Look forward to going back. Oh, and the weather was perfect!
