This four bedroom Elite Superior Villa sits majestically on the edge of the golf course on the eastern plateau of the resort. House of Dreams Villa is a luxury detached villa set in beautifully landscaped gardens, on different levels, well screened and abundant with colourful and fragrant flowers, shrubs, trees and climbers. The villa is located on the Eastern Plateau of the resort, in a peaceful location with breathtaking views of the mountains and sea.

The villa has three floors and is surrounded by extensive terracing and patio areas. One of the main features is the stunning swimming pool with superb landscaped garden overlooking the golf course itself.

The villa is fully air conditioned and also has full under floor heating for those cosy Winter breaks, it is ideal for all year round base for your winter & summer golf and sporting holiday. Fantastic 60 " projector tv for superb SKY viewing surrounded by superb leather sofas, modern open plan log fire for those cosy winter bookings & also a superb dining table for 8 covered by one of the many fantastic chandeliers on display.

Some of the most relaxing features of “House of Dreams” are the outdoor areas which have been carefully thought out. A huge 16 x 6 metre gazebo offers total enjoyment, featuring leather couches, a juke box with a 100 cd's, filled with all tastes in music. 5 metre Oak dining table (seats up to 18 people). 6 metres of granite topped serving area. A professional outdoor kitchen where a chef can be hired to cater for personalised dinners or business meetings. We can also cater for Small Weddings and private events.

The outside kitchen includes 6 ring gas burner with double oven under, tepenyaki griddle, ice maker, dishwasher and 2 fridges. A free standing beer pump, (Barrels of beer can be purchased upon request). Professional chopping table. High quality plastic is provided for your safety by the pool. Champagne, wine and beer glasses. Everything that you need for the outside living experience in safety and luxury.

In front of the Gazebo is a grassed area with 8 double sized sun loungers with pillows and cushions, side tables for drinks and parasols for shade. With fabulous views over the pool, 6th fairway and the Mediterranean Sea.

To continue the outside living experience is a rear terrace with luxurious oversized sofas and coffee table. The terrace can be accessed from the garden or from the patio doors leading from the lounge. Ideal to sit and watch the sun dive into the Mediterranean while having a pre-dinner drink and equally beautiful to watch the golfers go by whilst having a morning coffee or reading a magazine. Or why not curl up with a book in one of the love seats and if the sun is a little too hot pull over the canopy.

Leading off the terrace there is a side garden with artificial grass that has been padded underneath for children to play on. The swing can be turned into a double bed covered inside a tent which is especially lovely for children to fall asleep in out of the sun. There is a permanent cushioned seating area to sit and supervise the children play.

The lower garden overlooking the golf course has 4 fun banana shaped sun loungers with umbrellas.

The upstairs terrace/dining area boasts a fantastic view across Aphrodite golf course and also sea views. This is a fantastic part of the house allowing evening entertainment on relaxing sofas watching the most beautiful of Paphos sunsets cascading in the Paphos skies.
This super extensive private roof terrace is not overlooked at all with 8 sun loungers for private sun bathing and privacy. The terrace has its own towels, outside sink, double fridge and free standing BBQ. Two dining tables and seating for 8 people for outside lunches. Or 2 tables of 4 for card and board games. Parasols also provided for shade.

In the evening, (upon request) the roof terrace can be turned into a Moroccan delight. Seating adorned with an abundance of silk cushions in luscious colours, lanterns with candles and views of the most fantastic sun sets over the Mediterranean Sea. Entertain your guests in a magical setting and enjoy your aperitif in style. A Separate Ipod docking station with integrated speakers is provided for your own choice of music.

For any periods other than weekly or fortnightly please contact us so we can inform you of rates and availability.
To secure a booking we require a 30% deposit immediately when making the booking and a security deposit of £300GB pounds must be paid in advance before your arrival. This is to cover breakages, damages or cancellation. This will be refunded once the property has been cleaned and found to be without damage. The final balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.

For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, we require the full amount when booking is made. Payments should be made by bank transfer/bank deposit.
Mid week laundry change is included and will take place on day 7 of a 2 week stay.
Check in times are 1500 hours and check out time is 1000 hours, unless prior arrangements have been made.

“Exceeded all our expectations - it's pure luxury!!” We are one of the lucky couples that had our wedding day at the 'House of Dreams' in July and what a perfect place for such a special day. The villa is breathtaking, so beautifully decorated inside and out. The attention to detail is astounding; it is a place of total luxury to spend a relaxing holiday. The outside living area provides such a wonderful space for relaxing and dining with friends and family. Our wedding guests cannot stop talking about our “Hollywood” wedding at the 'House of Dreams' and we have many happy memories that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. “fanatstic ,it does what is says on the box ,house of dreams .” The age range was from 7 to 60 and we all had a ball, the outside space was so well eqipped that everyone felt that we didnot want to go out in the evenings .The bedrooms were hollywood "cool" and the beds really comfy .The main bathroom "wow" delicious.All in all we would recommend the house of dreams for a great place to holiday for all ages and mixed groups but would be a fantastic romantic spot for young couples .From start to finish all the people we came into contact with to book and stay here were pro"s ,polite and very friendly nothing was too much trouble .Go see for yourself les bury ,cheshire .

“Dream villa, Dream wedding, Dream Holiday!” We stayed at the 'House of Dreams' for one week in April 2012 and it acted as both our holiday accomodation and venue for our wedding day. Everything about our stay was perfect! The villa is set within the beautiful resort of Aphrodite Hills and is in a fabulous location with fantastic views and outdoor living space. Everything both inside and outside the property is very well designed and luxurious. We are so pleased we chose the house of dreams for our wedding as it provided the perfect setting for the perfect day. Petrina and her family went above and beyond to ensure that everything down to the finest detail ran smoothly for us on our big day and they certainly delivered! If you are thinking about booking this property for your wedding day, we have two words to say to you - DO IT! You certainly will not be disappointed! The whole process of organising our wedding day was so simple and stress free and we will have the wonderful memories to last a lifetime. Everyone who stayed with us at the villa and those who visited on our wedding day have all said they have never stayed anywhere as luxurious and have all said it was the best wedding they have ever attended. It goes without saying that we would highly recommend this property for both a fantastic holiday (or if you are lucky enough to be getting married a fantastic venue to hold your wedding day). It really is the 'House of Dreams'.

“Very Luxurious Villa” We stayed in the House of Dreams villa for a week in October. The quality of the accommodations was superb. It seemed that the owners had thought of everything. it was very clean and tidy and exceeded our expectations.
