Villa Calliope is a luxurious, superbly appointed, three level, four double-bedroomed villa. It has its own infinity swimming pool, large landscaped gardens, and stunning views overlooking the 8th fairway.
The house is fully doubled-glazed, air-conditioned with marble floors in communal areas with the bedrooms finished with laminated wooden floors.
The sitting, dining and upper bedrooms have beautiful, high, vaulted wooden ceilings giving a very spacious feel.
All furnishings are to a high specification and the finishes are amongst the best on the resort.

The second bedroom is situated on the upper floor. This super king size bedded room shares the same features as the common areas having a high wooden vaulted ceiling. Bedroom 3 is situated on the lower floor and is furnished with a double bed (5ft) featuring lovely square windows, large fitted wardrobes and drawers. This bedroom shares a shower room with bedroom four, it is fully tiled with shower, wash basin, vanity unit and WC.

Front Garden: Traditional stone wall with double gated, large block paved driveway leading to a covered car port with standing for two cars to the right side of the house.
Rear Garden: The rear terrace and garden will be in full sun for the majority of the day. There is a large tiled patio area, accessible from house from the kitchen, sitting area master bedroom and a covered area for those who prefer the shade. Planted and lawned area around infinity swimming pool to professionally landscaped garden, planted especially for year round colour and fragrance.
