Situated in a tranquil leafy area of Cap d'Antibes just a few minutes walk to the sea and the famous La Garoupe beach with its restaurants and water sports

The house has a number of barbecue and outside dining facilities. It has air conditioning for the summer and heating for the winter. One enters the house through large reception rooms with a baby grand piano and a dedicated kitchen
There is a separate principal large fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for 12+ people. Close to this area is a comfortable TV lounge with a plasma screen, DVD player, piano, internet and WiFi facilities. The house has a hammam, 6 double bedrooms all en-suite with their own TV/DVD
The area is great for walking with the famous Cap and Lighthouse walks. There is a village a few minutes walk away with supermarket, pharmacy, butcher, coffee shop, bars and restaurants and where you can buy international newspapers

Golf There are many magnificent golf courses within half an hour drive. Eight major courses nearby. Biot golf course closest about 15 minutes.
Skiing
The house is located just over one hour away from a number of alpine ski resorts so it is easy to pop up for a days skiing when the mood takes you. Closest resorts Auron and Isola 2000.
General information
Coast / Beach
This magnificent mansion is only a few minutes walk to the sea where one can swim off the rocks. Also in this area a few minutes walk from the house there is a company offering nautical activities such as water skiing etc. The famous La Garoupe beach is 5 minutes walk. This beach has great restaurants and bars for lazy lunchtime eating and drinking at the waters edge. The famous walk around the Cap also starts from this beach. Antibes / Cap D'Antibes area
There is a large selection of restaurants within easy walking distance of the house. There is something to fit everyone’s taste and wallet. Within walking distance one can eat at the simple village restaurant or at the world famous Eden Roc restaurant which hosts all the celebrities and stars. There is a bus stop a few minutes from the house with regular bus services into old Antibes which has a wonderful selection of every type of French and ethnic restaurant.
Before we get to the old town of Antibes there is a beach with a full sailing school where one can either rent a sailing boat or do a sailing course. 5 minutes away from the house and on the other side of the Cap is Port Gallice. Every size and shape of motor boat can be rented from this port from a simple jet ski or inflatable up to a fully crewed motor yacht that can take you and your guests for lunch in St. Tropez or Cap Ferrat.
Special motor yacht charter rates can be arranged with our own yachts. We have a Fairline Targa 47 which is based at Port Gallice. We also have a Princess V65 which is based in Cannes. These motor yachts are available for day charter or cruising at very special rates to our rental clients.
Next to Port Gallice is the beach of Les Pecheurs with their Michelin star restaurant.
There are many small restaurants and cafes right at the water edge around Cap d'Antibes.
Cap d'Antibes is located between Cannes (film festival each May) and Nice (Carnival, Flower market, Chagall museum.)
Italy is about one hour away by car passing by beautiful Eze, prestigious Monaco and Menton with its famous "Citrus" festival.
There is a train station in Jaun les Pins or Antibes where one can take trains on beautiful coastal trips through the Cote d'Azur.
For those with young children Marineland (www.marineland.fr) which is about 15 minutes away by car is a must. Marineland itself is like a mini Seaworld. There is also a water park, a petting farm, a go-cart track, a funfair and amusement park and crazy golf.
How to get there
Nice International airport is half an hour away by car. Guests can take a taxi from the airport and there is a good taxi service in Antibes to return to the airport. As this house has parking it is more practical to rent a car at Nice airport and bring it back to the airport on the day of departure. Mandelieu private airport is next to Cannes and there is availability of private charter flights. Monaco Air operate helicopters up and down the coast. Ferries to Corsica depart from Nice daily.

A magnificent grand reception room with a baby grand piano and opening on to a large terrace with sofa seating and an outside dining area. Next to this grand salon is a small salon with flat screen TV/music. The dining area seats 12+ on a magnificent round table.
The TV room is a comfortable den-like set up with lots of sofas, games like chess etc. etc. This room has a large flat screen TV/DVD with music system, piano and an internet computer, WiFi. There is also a conservatory area which includes a quiet reading corner.
Linen and towels are provided. Housekeeper visits twice per week.
This newly renovated mansion with sea views, has been very tastefully furnished and decorated. Each bedroom has its own distinctive luxurious feeling. The house is super comfortable for indoor and outdoor living and has everything one would need to feel at home.
Further details outdoors: This house enjoys beautiful mature manicured gardens. There is a large pool next to the house which has a fully equipped sun deck with pool shower, sun loungers etc. In the garden you can find a professionally set out boules court. There are two outdoor dining areas which seat 12+ and have their own large gas barbecues. Close to the pool there is a quiet terrace with additional sun loungers and wonderful sea views. The off street parking area is accessed by electrically operated gates. Ping Pong table also available.
