Situated between Antibes and Cannes, the complex is in a quiet area but within easy reach of all amenities. Just a short walk away are a supermarket, bars and restaurants, shops, beaches, public transport, take-away's/fast food and pharmacy.

It has direct access to the sandy beach and boasts it own large pool with slide and separate children's pool. Local public transport is very good, providing access to Nice, Cannes, Marineland, Antibes and Juan-les-Pins

This lovely sunny apartment is on the second floor of a new building. It is furnished to a high standard with leather sofas, LCD TV and DVD.

Conditions

Deposit required on booking:
- A 50% deposit is required in order to book the apartment.
- The final balance is required 6 weeks prior to booked dates.
- Foreign checks will be accepted but only for the total amount as they will not be cashed in and returned on
your arrival.

- PayPal accepted but the charges will be applied to the tenant

Cancellation Procedure:
Deposit is non refundable within the 8 weeks prior to arrival in the event of cancellations.

In case of damage:
The deposit guarantee will be immediately and fully returned after a satisfactory inspection. Failing that, the guarantee deposit will be returned at the latest 60 days after the tenant has left, with a deduction made for damage caused.

The French Riveriera is famous for its light, which is why many artist visit and subsequently stay. There is a succession of well known chic resorts and luxury harbours, such as Nice, Antibes, Juan-les-Pins, Cap d'Antibes, Cannes, Villefranche sur mer, St Tropez, Port Grimaud etc.

An abundance of watersports are on offer. With a mountain backdrop, quaint historic Provencal villages tempt you with their charm, fabulous food and relaxed lifestyle. Within and hour you could be skiing in the mountains or playing Blackjack in Monte Carlo.

The Riviera has something for everyone and, with its beautiful summers and mild winters, has proved itself to be a year round destination.

The Antibes / Juan les Pins area

Juan-les-pins hosts a famous Jazz festival in July which attracts performances from famous international musicians. In May are the Cannes film festival and the Yacht festival. The Monte Carlo Rally falls just after. The Marina at Port Vauban is one of the most exclusive in the world boasting many beautiful luxury yachts. The Picasso museum is worth visiting and the local markets are a delight.

Water sports and glass bottom boats are available on the beaches and at the marinas. Marineland, one of Europe's largest marine parks, is a short bus ride away with its whale and dolphins shows. You can even swim with the dolphins in a private encounter. Within the Marineland complex is also Aquasplash, Far west and Adventure Golf. Antibes Land Funfair is just across the road from Marineland.

There are more than 10 golf courses within a 30 minute drive. Mougin, St Paul de Vence, Eze and other beautiful villages are within easy reach by car. Historic Grasse, famous for its perfumes, is a short drive inland. The town centre of Juan-les-pins and Antibes is full of fabulous restaurants and lively bars, catering for all tastes.

Beach side restaurants line the promenade offering food, drinks sun loungers and private beach facilities. There are also very large areas of fine sandy public beach for you to enjoy.
