This spacious, 3-bedroom holiday villa is in a quiet residential area of Antibes Juan-les-Pins and is within walking distance of shops & restaurants and just 10 minutes walk from the beach!
Built circa 2002 on a former orange orchard, the villa is approximately 125 sq metres in size and comprises of a spacious living/dining room, open-plan kitchen, downstairs WC, three good bedrooms, dressing room/office, three bath or shower rooms, two large covered terraces, fully enclosed gardens and parking for up to two cars.
The villa is set within a small, private residence of just 8 houses close to the town centre and has quick and easy access to the A8 autoroute; ideally placed to visit Cannes, Antibes and Nice.
It has a maximum occupancy of 6 people (plus babies) and would be perfect for 2 to 4 adults with children, or a group of friends.

Sightseeing is endless; places nearby worth a visit are the charming old-town of Antibes and its port; the hill-top village of Mougins with its art galleries and restaurants; the monastery on the Iles de Lerins; the designer shops on the Croisette in Cannes; the historical old town of Nice; the restaurants and yachts in the port of Nice; the animals & plants at Parc Phoenix, Nice.
Other entertainment includes shopping, the casinos & nightlife of Cannes, boat trips, cinema, wine tasting, helicopter rides, Marineland & Aquasplash at Antibes or just good old relaxing on the beach!
Antibes / Juan les Pins area
Local shops are just a 5 minute walk away and the town centre of Juan-les-Pins which provides a wide range of provisioning, including local shops, boulangeries, cafés and restaurants, is just 10-15 minutes walk. There is also a good supermarket just 300 metres away so you can stock up with lots of your favourites at the beginning of the week.
Local markets are held in the old town of Antibes every day and here you can choose from a wonderful array of fresh fruit, vegetables, cheese, fish, olives, flowers, crafts and other Provencal specialities.
Sporting activities in the area are abundant– there is sailing, parasailing, diving, fishing, water sports, tennis, golf, jogging & rollerblading along the promenade and of course other activities on the beaches. You are also in very close proximity to the mountains and hills of the Alpes Maritimes region here, which makes walking and cycling very popular.
Beaches are sandy and can be found just 10 minutes walk away at the ‘Plages du Midi’ and right along the seafront between Juan-les-Pins and Golfe-Juan. The westerly-facing beach of Juan-les-Pins looks over the bay towards the historic Iles de Lerins and in the evenings you can enjoy dramatic sunsets over the ancient, red-rock mountains of the Esterel beyond. In high season these beaches are even livelier at night when a range of beach bars and restaurants open up to give you the true flavour of the French Riviera.
The ski stations of Valberg, Isola 2000 and Auron are approximately 1 hour’s drive away if you fancy a couple of days winter sports!
Getting around is very easy from here. You have the local bus and train services which have a great network along the coast and further inland - the nearest bus stop to this apartment is well within walking distance and there are regular buses to the airport. Juan-les-Pins has its own train station, so you don’t necessarily need a car (however there is parking provided) and you can catch one of the double-decker trains from here to the famous neighbouring towns of Antibes or Cannes – or why not take a train journey along the dramatic Cote d’Azur coastline?
How to get there
By Car – The roads and autoroutes in France are a pleasure, so driving can sometimes make a good alternative to flying – at least you’ll already have your car with you! From the UK you have the choice of using the ferries or the Eurotunnel for your crossing. Once in the South of France, this property can be easily accessed via the A8 autoroute.
By Air – Nice-Cote d’Azur is the nearest international airport – approximately 30 minutes drive away. There are daily flights from the UK and worldwide - please see the timetables here www.nice.aeroport.fr. There are regular bus services from the airport to Antibes & Juan-les-Pins.
By Train – Eurostar runs from London to Paris city centres and then the high speed TGV service runs from Paris to Nice. The nearest train station to this property is Antibes or Juan-les-Pins.

Bedrooms: three in total, two having en-suite bathroom or shower room. Large, master bedroom on first floor has king-size bed (160x200), TV, DVD player and door to large covered terrace. Also has door to dressing room/office with fitted wardrobes, writing desk and additional foldaway single bed (ideal for adjacent sleeping). Another large bedroom on first floor with single bed and clothes hanging. Further bedroom on ground floor, furnished with large baby bed (or you can place the single foldaway bed here), with en-suite shower room and French doors to terrace outside. Additional sleeping for further 2 people on sofa bed in large living room. All bedrooms have air-conditioning.
Bathrooms: three well appointed bath or shower rooms and one independent WC. Master bedroom has large en-suite bathroom (through the dressing room) with large bath, over bath shower, WC and washbasin.
