This villa is ideal for a family holiday,it has three double bedrooms and two single bedrooms,so perfect for eight people.The villa is very spacious with a beautiful sunny living room,and large terraces so that you can enjoy the view on the beautiful garden whilst eating breakfast,lunch or dinner.
There is a huge swimming pool and a large sun terrace so you can enjoy sunbathing if you are looking to relax. Biot village is a wonderful ,typical medieval village with a large choice of restaurants,bars and cafés;the village is famous for glass blowing and pottery so there are shops and workshops to visit.
Just five minutes drive from the beach,Biot also has the second largest water park in Europe a great day out for the family. There are seven golf courses less than half an hour away from Biot,so if you are a keen golfer you won't be bored. Cannes and Nice are just twenty drive away and Monaco forty minutes by train. Biot is really ideally situated in terms of the whole family there is so much to do!

The Cote d'Azur famous for many reasons, the stunning blue skies, the contrast between the mountains and sea, the chic spots including Cannes, Nice and Monaco.
You can enjoy a number of different sorts of holiday, whether you want to laze by the pool, enjoy the beach, enjoy a cycling, golfing or water sports holiday, all these activities are close by.
If art is of more interest to you, the region was host to many famous artists and we have the chance to have a large number of museums in the area; Renoir, Matisse, Chagall Picasso, Fernand Leger and many more.
Antibes / Biot area
Biot is a medieval village that has a number of festival's starting the year with the Mimosa festival, when the entire village is decorated. 21st June is "Fete de la musique" not to be missed, as whether in Biot, Antibes or any other town you will be able to enjoy a large variety of live music, free for everybody.
The last weekend in August is the annual village fete and there are animations throughout the weekend for all the family. Even in December there are events throughout the month for children and a Christmas market in between 26th Dec and the new year.
Biot is a village famous for pottery and glass blowing, and you can still visit the workshops and see with your own eyes. Fernand Leger spent many years in the village and there is a museum dedicated to his works. There are also a large selection of shops and restaurants that are open every day so that you can make the most of a typical village in the south of France, and be 3kms from the beach.
How to get there
Nice airport is just twenty minutes drive from the apartment, Easyjet flies here from most major airports. We work with Europcar and can provide you with a quote for car rental.
Biot is very easy to find, we will send you directions to get there or alternatively we can organise a shuttle service from the airport and arrange delivery of the hire car directly to the house, to take away the stress upon arrival. Bear in mind that when you pay for a hire car from the airport there is a 15% airport tax so car delivery is not necessarily more expensive.

Further details indoors: Villa Coste has five bedrooms,three doubles and two singles,and as you can see in the photos it is furnished with taste.It is has a beautiful kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher ,washing machine,etc. The house is south facing so bright and sunny and is within walking distance to a small supermarket,bakers,restaurants and cafés. The living room has a French windows that open onto the large terrace.
Further details outdoors: The garden is south facing and has a beautiful swimming pool. Terraces are large and you can enjoy all your meals outdoors,there is a barbecue at your disposition. The sun beds are around the pool so you can keep an eye on your child while taking in the sun.

We accept payment by bank transfer, a deposit of 25% is required to reserve the villa and the balance of payment is due one month before your arrival, along with a security deposit that is returned afer your departure less any loss or damage of items at the villa
All bedding and towels are provided within the rental cost and for a stay of two weeks or more a chamber maid service is provided.
We also provide a large number of services which we can send you details of, for example babysitting, a supermarket service for your arrival, reduced car hire
