About the home

This spacious three bedroom apartment is brand new and one of the best positioned apartments in the area. The apartment is located in Boulevard Marachel Foch which is just five minutes walk from the Centre Ville and its amenities, the Old Town and also the beach. The apartment is furnished to the highest standards, and provides a home from home luxury holiday for up to 6 family and friends and room for 2 visitors too. It boasts an extensive terrace with spa pool, external dining and lounge areas as well as a sweeping balcony which spans the other two sides of the apartment.

Antibes train station is 1km away and accessible on foot giving easy access to places such as Monaco, Cannes, Nice and Juan le Pins. There are also golf courses nearby and the local ski resorts of Auron and Isola are only 1.5 hours away and served by local buses.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region

Provence-Cote d'Azur is blessed with great natural beauty. The snow-capped Alps line the eastern side and the foothills seem to tumble into the glorious blue Mediterranean sea that gives the region its name.

Along the coast, glamorous names like Monaco, Nice, Cannes and St Tropez stand out but in between these famous towns are gorgeous towns and villages such as Villefranche with its picturesque harbour and Menton where you feel you're already in Italy.

Take a 15 minute boat ride from Cannes to the magical Iles de Lerins where the 'Man in the Iron Mask' was supposed to have been incarcerated and you can walk through dense forests of eucalyptus and pine. Charming perched villages such as Eze, St Paul de Vence, and Peillon are accessible and offer lovely views and a labyrinth of charming medieval streets to explore.

An accessible and cheap train service connects you to the whole of the Cote d'Azur coastline from the fascinating port town of Marseille in the west to beyond the Italian border via Monaco in the east. The Train des Merveilles from Nice takes you on a breath-taking journey weaving in and out of the foothills of the Alps following the magical coastline.

One week (+) booking periods start on Saturday at 3pm and apartment to be vacated on Saturday by 10am. Possible alternatives by prior agreement.

The apartment is no smoking and no pets are allowed.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental fee is payable on booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks before the rental period (8 weeks for rental periods over 2 weeks)

A fully refundable security deposit of £500 is due on final payment of the rental balance.

The rental price includes a maximum of six people. A supplement of 150 euros per person per week is due for numbers over six to a maximum of eight.

Linen included. Towels available for hire.

The main renter must be 25 or over.
