The apartment is on the 3rd floor,reached by lift with a security system in place.There is one double bedroom opening on to a terasse,lounge also opening on to the terasse. Lounge is comfortably furnished, has two double sofa beds, Tv, Dvd/Video/Combo,and Music centre, dining table and chairs. Separate kitchen with dishwasher/ fridge/double hob/ toaster and microwave. Bathroom is of a nice size and is fitted with overhead shower,toilet and basin.Car not really needed or hire locally. Beautiful resort,full of life,lovely beaches and restaurants.In July the jazz festival is in Juan. A boat trip to St Tropez , Monaco or the Isle de Lerins in the summer months.Lovely markets in Antibes old town.Winter ski-ing in Isola just a 2 hours drive.Juan offers a friendly and vibrant atmosphere for young and old all year.

Cheap flights available from Easyjet.co.uk and other major airlines to Nice Airport Apartment 15 kilometres from airport Bus service available from Terminal 1 to Juan les Pins. 45 minutes approx., Airport taxis available but expensive Transport can be organised by our agent in Juan, by way of local Taxibus, very reasonable prices. Train service from Nice(St.Augustin) to Juan or from Nice Central.

Further details indoors: The apartment is simply decorated in white with hanging pictures and is not overcrowded with bits and pieces. It is cleaned on a regular basis. Most equipment is relatively new. There are available some board games,i.e. cards,cribbage,scrabble and puzzles. Also, a small selection of videos,dvd`s and tapes. Central heating for the winter months. There are 2 electric fans for the summer, plus the balcony has a wind down sunshade to keep the apartment cool.The apartment is reached by lift, and is located on the 3rd floor.A security system is in place for entry into the building.
Further details outdoors: The terasse/balcony has a table and chairs and also clothes horse.The hanging of swimwear and towels on the balcony rail are forbidden. This a rule for all occupants living in the building. There is a sunblind to keep cool on the balcony for the summer months.

We have an Agent only 20 metres away who will see our guests in and handle any problems that may arise. Arrivals are Monday to Friday (9a.m - 6p.m) Saturday before 11.30a.m. Please avoid Sunday arrivals. Please keep noise to a minimum as this is not a holiday complex but a residential building. A refundable deposit of £100.00 to cover excessive cleaning or breakages is taken 6 weeks before arrival.
Conditions
We do not charge for cleaning, so we expect the apartment to be left as found, in a clean condition. Linen and some towels are provided, but if preferred you can bring your own.
Smoking is allowed on the balcony only.
