You will appreciate the family atmosphere of the little Juan-les-Pins. All our Studios feature a double bed, private shower and toilet, hairdryer, AC, sound-proof windows, LCD flat screen TV over 25 channels and satellite with english,italian,spanish,german channels.
For pleasure or business, you'll have free access to internet by WiFi. To feel like home, you can use your full equipped cooking unit. We also offer you 1 bedroom Apartments (32/35 M2) with a living room, and 1 separate bedroom for more intimacy, with 1 king size large bed, or, twin beds.

All our Apartments benefit from a wonderful view over the sea, and those located at the front of the building have a nice and furnished balcony with East-South-East position, having sunshine all the morning.
Flat screen LCD TV in all apartments, with satellite and foreign channels as BBC,CNN,Rai 1, Canale 5,TVE, ZDF and a choice of over 25 channels.
Our private beach partner is just in front of the Residence, where you will be welcomed with special discounts. A completely free beach is also at a short 2 minutes walk from your Apartment. You will enjoy all water sports.

Staff speaking English, Spanish and Italian to welcome you. We answer your questions or help you for everything you may need the 24H. The Studios can be rented for 1 or 2 people, and the 1 bedroom Apartments until 3 or 4 people. We kindly ask you to specify for how many people is the accommodation you are asking for.
We provide all bed and bath linen, and included on our tariffs.Departure cleaning is also included, except for Sunday departure.
Conditions
Booking conditions: 25% down payment required at the time of reservation,and not refundable in case of cancellation. Minimum stays: 7 nights. Shorter stays might be possible depending on the period, and only on special request according to availability.
Full payment of the stay has to be done on arrival, with no refund for early departure. Please, note that we don't take AE credit card.

The Côte D'Azur is the most visited region in France. Stopping in Juan-les-Pins, you will get very easy by car, train or bus, to all the cities nearby as Cannes, Nice or Monaco. The climate is very pleasant all year long, and winter stays are very interesting to those who want to deeply discover the French Riviera, far from crowd!
If you like fireworks, don't miss the Fireworks Festival every July and August.
The Antibes / Juan les Pins area
If you like jazz music, don't miss the "International Jazz Festival" every year in July, here, in the famous Pinède Gould of Juan-les-Pins, at a 3 minutes walk distance from the Residence!
Also, don't go back without having visited the all over the World well known " MARINELAND"! Europes' biggest Marine Park, with over 4.000 animals and 15 shows a day! Very easy to get to the Park by train, you don't need your car and avoid parking troubles.

These rates concern the sea view Double Studios,without balcony. Contact us to have the rates with furnished balcony overlooking the sea and morning sunshine.
We also offer 1 bedroom Apartment (32/35M2) with living room and separate bedroom for more intimacy. Don't hesitate to contact us for rates. Also nightly rates available upon request.
Our rates always include all bed and bath linen. Your bed is made on arrival. We will change once, free of charge, your towels for 1 week stay. For 2 weeks stay (or more) we offer a complete cleaning every week.
Fresh towels are only available with an extra cost of 6EUR. per pers. (1 big and 1 small towel). Everyday housekeeping on request (except on Sunday).
Please,note that an extra charge for cleaning is applicable if you check out on a Sunday.
If baby's cot required (for children until 2 years old ONLY) : 10EUR. extra cost / day with linen.
Special rates can be offered for stays at least 3 weeks. FROM 15th. SEPTEMBER 2010 UNTIL 30th.APRIL 2011 : PAY 3 WEEKS AND STAY 4 ! ONE WEEK OFFERED !
