Stunning two bedroom apartment in a recent holiday residence in Juan les pins. Two bathrooms, swimming pool and roof terrace (communal) 2 minutes to the beach a must for any family holiday.

Conditions

Deposit required on booking:
- A 50% deposit is required in order to book the apartment.
- The final balance is required 6 weeks prior to booked dates.
- Foreign checks will be accepted but only for the total amount as they will not be cashed in and returned on
your arrival.
- Credit card transactions are also available but only in the office on arrival.
- PayPal accepted but the charges will be applied to the tenant

Cancellation Procedure:
Deposit is non refundable within the 8 weeks prior to arrival in the event of cancellations.

In case of damage:
The deposit guarantee will be immediately and fully returned after a satisfactory inspection. Failing that, the guarantee deposit will be returned at the latest 60 days after the tenant has left, with a deduction made for damage caused.

The region has a temperate climate with hot dry summers and mild winters .

The artistic heritage of the area, including museums to Matisse and Marc Chagall in Nice, a museum dedicated to Picasso in Vallauris and a museum to Renoir in Cagnes-Sur-Mer

Food lovers of course are not forgotten whether it is a gourmet restaurant in Monaco, or buying bread from an artisanal bakery and local cheeses and olives in the Provencal markets of the area including those in Nice and Antibes .

During the Summer months there are many companies running pleasure boat trips along the coast or visiting the offshore islands .

The Antibes / Juan les Pins area

The beaches local to the apartment are sandy, either private or public.

The nightlife in the area is varied , There are bars and clubs but also many restaurants in the Centres of Antibes and Juan Les Pins.There is a cinema in Antibes .

There is an abundance of water sports available, walks are plenty and stunning breathtaking views. There are organised boats trips etc. A must for anyone.

There are a number of low cost airlines including BMIbaby and Easyjet, and aer Lingus.

There is the bus 200 which takes you outside the apt from the airport at only 1.50 each way.

The train line serves NICE, ANTIBES, ITALY ,MONACO and CANNES
