About the home

Sleeps up to six people, 2 bathrooms, 2 bed apartment in a holiday residence with swimming pool and roof top sun terrace. 2 balconies, local to shops and 2 minutes walk to the sandy beach!! A must for a family holiday!

12 year old residence so it has a modern feel. Possibilities parking in the residence please enquire.

Sheets and towels:
The apartment provides mattress covers and bed covers; linen is not provided it can be provided by the tenant or bought at a cost of 30 euros per person

Daily tax is also payable at 1.20 per adult per day and 0.60 euro per child per day.

On arrival:
All keys shall be picked up at the office.
Ideal Arrival time (15.00- 19.00).
Departure time (10.00 am)

Conditions

Deposit required on booking:
- A 50% deposit is required in order to book the apartment.
- The final balance is required 6 weeks prior to booked dates.
- Foreign checks will be accepted but only for the total amount as they will not be cashed in and returned on
your arrival.
- Credit card transactions are also available but only in the office on arrival.
- PayPal accepted but the charges will be applied to the tenant

Cancellation Procedure:
Deposit is non refundable within the 8 weeks prior to arrival in the event of cancellations.

In case of damage:
The deposit guarantee will be immediately and fully returned after a satisfactory inspection. Failing that, the guarantee deposit will be returned at the latest 60 days after the tenant has left, with a deduction made for damage caused.

There is certainly glamour - the Cannes film festival , the Monaco Grand Prix, the international Jazz festivals in Nice and Juan Les Pins epitomise the glamorous aspects of the area .

During the Summer months there are many companies running pleasure boat trips along the coast or visiting the offshore islands .

The Antibes / Juan les Pins area

The nightlife in the area is varied , There are bars and clubs but also many restaurants in the Centres of Antibes and Juan Les Pins.There is a cinema in Antibes .

The area of Antibes /Juan Les Pins has some of the best beaches along the Cote D'Azur . The beaches local to the apartment are sandy.

The film festival in Cannes takes place in May and the MonteCarlo Grand Prix is also held in May. The Jazz festival in Juan -Les-Pins is in July and attracts many international musicians .

There are a number of low cost airlines including BMIbaby and Easyjet, flying directly from Regional and London airports directly to Nice . British Airways and Air France also fly directly to Nice from the UK. Antibes is on the TGV network . Golf Juan and Juan les Pins have railway stations serving the local area.
