This compact 3rd floor apartment (accessed by lift) is ideally situated in a modern residential building on the edge of the historic Old Town and close to both Port Vauban marina and excellent public transport links. Beaches, restaurants, cafes and shops are minutes away, but the apartment itself overlooks a quiet street and to the east the gardens of a luxury holiday complex. Secure underground car parking is also provided free of charge.
The living area contains a good size leather sofa, a dining table with four chairs, a flat screen TV with English channels (Sky) and a DVD player. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher and microwave as well as an electric hob and fridge. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, bed side tables and a large fitted wardrobe. The bathroom comprises a shower, wash basin with vanity unit and a WC. Patio doors from both the bedroom and the lounge lead onto the balcony which is ideal for al fresco dining or just relaxing at any time of day.
Bed linen and towels are included within the price, as well as end of stay laundry and clean which makes this apartment an extremely good value option when planning a visit to the Cote d'Azur.

With plenty of local sights and shops to explore as well as a choice of 4 beaches within a radius of less than a mile, this apartment is also a perfect base for exploring the rest of the French Riviera with excellent, well priced train and bus routes along the coast from St Tropez to Monaco and Menton, as well as into Italy.
The rental price includes electricity, parking, wifi internet, bed linen, towels and the end of stay clean although we do ask that the apartment is left in a reasonable condition on departure.
Check out is by 10.00 am and check in from 4.00 pm. However we try to be flexible where possible, given prior notice. We live in Antibes and will welcome you on arrival as well as being available for queries throughout your stay.
25% deposit required at time of booking.
Full payment required 8 weeks before arrival.
A refundable security deposit of 300 euros is required on arrival.
High season (July and August) minimum 1 week rental, changeover days Saturdays only.

The Cote d'Azur is famous for it's all year round climate, and with it's history and places of interest makes it an
ideal holiday location. Nice is within easy reach either by train or bus, also Juan Les Pins, Cannes and Monaco.
It is a perfect place to stay to explore the French Riviera or even into Italy with trains running up and down the coast.
The Antibes / Antibes Centre Ville area
The town of Antibes has everything you require for a perfect holiday. It has a calm and relaxing atmosphere, wonderful beaches, daily markets perfect for browsing and buying local produce.
If you prefer, the local indoor/outdoor swimming pools are only a few minutes' walk away and have a large grass area for soaking up the sun after your swim.
Daily and weekly markets for food and antiques makes Antibes an especially interesting holiday destination.
Being the oldest Town on the Cote d'Azur, it also accommodates the Picasso museum. Wandering around the old town looking at the old buildings tucked away up small narrow streets.....a perfect afternoon stroll!

We had a lovely time stying in this charming little apartment. The location was ideal and the facilities were great. We locked ourselves out of the apartment by accident and the manager could not have been more helpful. Great value and hope to return again. Thanks for everything!

The appartment has a very convinient lcation, but just 30 - 50m from the houes there are big construction works going on. So the "wake up call" is at 7am. The dust is also a problem when windy. The appartment is not very clean, has a specific smell which doesn't go away. Early departure is not possible as the agent refuses to come in the morning. No wifi.
Please note that this apartment is now under new management since the beginning of 2013, and all of the issues raised in the review above have been addressed. The apartment has a deep pre-season clean as well a high standard of changeover cleans. Wifi has been installed and the new management team are also happy to try and cater for any unusual check in or check out times. (The morning check out referred to above was actually at 4am – which is why the previous agent could not come at that hour.) And it should also be stressed that work at the nearby construction site is now at window fitting stage and almost complete – hence it is highly unlikely that any future guests will be disturbed.
