The apartment is located within a new building complex with secure parking and close to the old town and marina. It is on the 3rd floor with a lift.The apartment is bright and airy, and is very well finished. The bedroom has a double bed, and in-built wardrobe. The living room has a large sofa that opens up to a comfortable bed. The dining table seats four. There is access to the balcony from both the living room and bedroom. There is a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. A flat screen TV with DVD player and selection of films is available. The apartment overlooks a quiet street, and to the east, the lush gardens of an adjacent luxury holiday complex.
Its location is central but still quiet. Beaches are close by, as are the port marina of Antibes and the historic old town with its many wonderful restaurants and cafes.
