About the home

The apartment is located within a new building complex with secure parking and close to the old town and marina.
It is on the 3rd floor with a lift.The apartment is bright and airy, and is very well finished. The bedroom has a double bed, and in-built wardrobe. The lounge is of a good size with new leather sofa, sky free to view tv and a dvd player. The dining table seats four. There is access to the balcony from both the living room and bedroom. There is a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. The apartment overlooks a quiet street, and to the east, the gardens of an adjacent luxury holiday complex.

Its location is central but still quiet. Beaches are close by, as are the port marina of Antibes and the historic old town with its many wonderful restaurants and cafes.

It has a large sitting room with balcony. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and balcony. Extra sleeping for children can be arranged on a fold down bed and an "areobed" in the lounge area. There is a well-equipped kitchen with microwave/grill, fridge and dishwasher. Secure basement parking.
The balcony is has table and chairs which are perfect for outdoor eating.

The town of Antibes has everything you require for a perfect holiday. It has a calm and relaxing atmosphere, wonderful beaches, daily markets perfect for browsing and buying local produce.

It is a perfect place to stay to explore the French Riviera or even into Italy with trains running up and down the coast.
If you prefer, the local indoor/outdoor swimming pools are only a few minutes' walk away and has a large grass area for soaking up the sun after your swim.

Children can be accomodated on a fold down bed and "aerobed" put into the lounge area at an extra rate.
