This newly constructed apartment block is ideally located in the centre of Antibes just 200m from the town square - the 'Place du General de Gaulle'. The seafront and beaches are only a short 10 minute stroll away and the Old Town with its narrow streets, Provençal market and abundance of restaurants is less than 400m away.
The apartment block is also well positioned for access to the neighbouring seaside resort of Juan les Pins which is within a 20 minute walk. The apartment was completed and furnished in September 2006 so has a very clean and modern feel to it - it is also set back from the main road so is quiet in the evenings.
There is a supermarket and bakery just 50m away from the building. The apartment also benefits from a secure underground parking space if required.

A lift/elevator is available. In addition to the main bedroom, a comfortable sofa bed sleeps two in the living room and a travel cot is available for babies and toddlers.
The bathroom has a good overhead shower unit above the bath. A dining table and chairs are available in the living room.

The apartment is on the sixth floor and has a 11m2 balcony that is SE facing. Dining tables and chairs are available on the balcony.
The balcony also has an exterior light for evening dining.
Conditions
Usual changeover day is Saturday. This is more flexible outside of the peak Summer months. Arrival time is after 4pm on date of arrival, and departure time is before 10am on day of departure.
Prices shown are for the property per week in euros.
Cleaning, linen and underground parking are included in the rates. Towels are not included but are available as an extra. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking, with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.
The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region


The Cote d'Azur is famous for its outstanding climate, beaches, and natural beauties. Numerous good restaurants for every budget. Year-round sunshine. Even in Winter months one can lunch outdoors by the sea on most days.
The town can also act as a gateway to the rest of the riviera with its good train connections including Monaco and Cannes, the pretty hilltop villages of Mougins and Grasse, as well as other charming seaside resorts such as Menton and Golf Juan. Cannes by train - 10 minutes. Nice by train - 30-40 minutes. Monaco by train - 40-50 minutes.
The Antibes / Antibes Centre Ville area
Situated between Nice and Cannes Antibes offers some of the most spectacular sea-level views available anywhere along this coast. It has the largest private marina in Europe and is home to some of the most luxurious yachts of the world.
The old town which dates back 2500 years is a labyrinth of charming streets filled with shops, street cafes, squares, restaurants, galleries, museums and churches. With daily markets and artisans’ workshops situated in and around the town, Antibes offers shoppers a variety of unique goods.

Nearest airport is Nice Cote D'Azur at 15km away. Half an hour drive from the airport. Multiple car hire companies operate from Nice airport - try http://www.carhire3000.com/ for the best rates.
It is possible to get the No.200 bus directly from Nice airport which drops off at Place du Gaulle square (200m from the apartment). The cost of the bus is 1 euro each way.
Taxis are also available from outside the airport. Cost approx 50 Euros each way.

We spent a week here and found the apartment was well equipped and comfortable. Although it is close to the centre of things, it is really quiet. The terrace is a real sun trap. There's even a supermarket just outside the front door, so everything is close at hand. Great place to stay. |

My husband and I stayed in the apt for 1 week in October 2011 It was just perfect for us. The balcony is a great size and it gets the sun from early morning to aprox 4.00 in the evening. The apt is very centrally located and was clean and bright. The bed room is a good size and very quite at night time. We had a wonderful stay and we would love to return. Also if you need transport from the airport Cyril was wonderful. It was great to be collected and for 50 euro great value. He also told us lots about the ares and gave us lots of ideas on where to go. If I had a complaint about the apt it is that it needs a nest of tables. Nowhere to put our wine glasses!!!
