The railway station of Antibes is only a 20 minute walk away which allows you to explore the many attractions on the Cote D'Azur and the Alps Maritime such as Monaco, Cannes, Grasse, and Nice.
Excellent public transport service from entrance to adjoining towns including Juan les Pins which is famous for its sandy beaches and lively bars.

The swimming pool is shared by other residents, however it is a small complex with only 19 apartments.
Conditions
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is payable at time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before date of arrival.
A €150 security deposit is payable locally which is fully refunded subject to no damages/loss of keys.
There is a charge of €25 per hour for late arrivals - after 20.30 hrs, paid to key-holder locally.

The exceptional location of Antibes, at the heart of the Cote d'Azur, guarantees an exciting holiday for all ages. Marineland Waterpark is located 1.0 Km from the apartment.
From the glamorous seaside resorts of Cannes and Juan-les-Pins to the magical hilltop villages of St Paul de Vence, Biot, Gourdon and Eze, there is a wealth of sightseeing and interesting places to explore.
With an almost perfect climate, hot summers, mild winters and a sense of history in every Medieval village and town, Antibes is an excellent holiday location.
The Antibes area
Jazz à Juan is one of the top jazz festivals in the world which is held in July, only a short bus ride from the apartment. There are a selection of markets held in Antibes throughout the year.
The apartment is very well situated to visit Cannes, famous for the Film Festival. Just 15 minutes away by car or by public transport it's just 14 minutes by train.
Nice has beautiful architecture, a wide selection of museums and a fantastic promenade. It is just 18 km away and can be reached by a regular train service or by bus.
Other destinations within easy reach include Monaco, Grasse, St. Tropez and Northern Italy.
A wide selection of superb restaurants, at reasonable cost available in Antibes and locality.
