Home description

This villa is ideal for a family holiday, it has two double bedromms and two single bedrooms, so perfect for eight people. The villa has been completely renovated and has a modern feel, a beautiful kitchen, dining area with chimney and of course a large terrace so that you can enjoy the seaview whilst eating breakfast, lunch or dinner.
The swimming pool is gated so safe if there are young children in your party, there is a large sun terrace so you can enjoy sunbathing if you are looking to relax.
Biot village is a wonderful, typical medieval village with a large choice of retaurants, bars and cafés, the village is famous for glass blowing and pottery so there are shops and workshops to visit.
Just five minutes drive from the beach, Biot also has the scond largest water park in Europe a great day out for the family.
There are seven golf courses less than half an hour away from Biot, so if you are a keen golfer you won't be bored.
Cannes and Nice are just twenty minutes drive away and Monaco forty minutes by train.
Biot is really ideally situated in terms of the whole family there is so much to do!

Biot and the surrounding area

The central location of the area offers a large number of excursions for visitors to Biot

After the discovering of the charming pedestrian paths that border the locality, visit the beach:
The Mediterranean is at your doorstep. From each viewpoint of this village on a hill, we have the impression that the sea is a stones throw away.

Perhaps the breeze is blowing the scents of Grasse in your direction. Before you dive into the countryside on route for the famous perfume capital , why not stop at the town renowned for its Film Festival ………..Cannes. From Grasse one can continue to see the phenomenal in a north westerly direction until you arrive at the Gorges Du Verdon, a canyon that will take your breath away.

Why not take a trip to see the Cap d’antibes or the beautiful beaches at Juan les Pins
Just slightly further west along the coast, the place to be for the rich and beautiful ! Closer to home don’t leave the area before visiting the old town of Antibes.

But perhaps one will be more enticed by the town of extremes in between Italy and France, in between the present and the past: Nice is one of the most important cultural capitals of the Mediterranean.

The second smallest principality after the Vatican is easy to get to from Biot either by train or car, en route for a lightening visit to Italy.

There are a diverse number of possibilities to fill your free time, for those who want to do watersports or those who want to ski, or for the golf or tennis player. Tennis courts and golf courses are within walking distance of Biot. The closest wintersport resorts are just an hour away by car, and are open between December and April. Watersports that are available include diving, windsurfing, sailing and water skiing.

The cultural activities in the region are also in abundance. All year round you can find all styles of music concerts, something for all tastes. To complete the offer you can go to the theatre or visit an art exhibition

Antibes / Biot area

Biot is particularly well situated just twenty minutes from Cannes and Nice and only 3kms from the nearest beach. It has everything you could possibly need, from very good restaurants to very reasonable. There is a a fantastic bakery in the middle of the village just next to the main square where you can spend hours watching the world go by.

There is a market in Biot village every Tuesday, Thursday in Antibes and Friday in Valbonne.

There are many things to see and do, whether you are a family with young children who need to be amused or a group who want to relax at the beach or head into the countryside to enjoy the many walks that are available. For sport lovers there is tennis, golf and unlimited water sports on the coast.

How to get there

Nice airport is just twenty minutes drive from the apartment, Easyjet flies here from most major airports.
We work with Europcar and can provide you with a quote for car rental.

Biot is very easy to find, we will send you directions to get there or alternatively we can organise a shuttle service from the airport and arrange delvery of the hire car directly to the house, to take away the stress upon arrival. Bear in mind that when you payt for a hire car from the airport there is a 15% airport tax so car delivery is not necessarily more expensive.

Ensoleieada has four bedrooms, two doubles, two singles, all rooms have ceiling fans, as you can see in the photos it is furnished with taste. It is has a beautiful modern kitchen and is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine etc.
It is a bright and airy villa that has a fantastic view of the village and the coast and is within walking distance to a small supermarket, bakers and a large choice of cafés.
The living room has french windows that open onto the large terrace. There is a large sofa infront of the fireplace and the house is equipped with satellite TV and entertainment system.
There is a laundry room and parking for two cars.

Further details outdoors:
The garden is south facing and as mentioned overlooks the village and sea. the terrace is large and you can enjoy all your meals outdoors, there is a barbecue at your disposition
The swimming pool has a security gate that is ideal for peace of mind if you are with young children, the sunbeds are around the pool so you can keep an eye on the pool while taking in the sun.

We accept payment by bank transfer, a deposit of 25% is required to reserve the villa and the balance of payment is due one month before your arrival, along with a security deposit that is returned afer your departure less any loss or damage of items at the villa

All bedding and towels are provided within the rental cost and for a stay of two weeks or more a chamber maid service is provided.

We also provide a large number of services which we can send you details of, for example babysitting, a supermarket service for your arrival, reduced car hire
