There is a separate WC.The light and airy lounge and dining area with adjoining fully-equipped kitchen leads on to a large terrace which extends the entire length of the property.The apartment is furnished to a high standard with mix of antique and modern furniture. The planted terrace has barbecue facilities, sun loungers and a shaded eating area with evening lightiing.

Lovely large sunny planted terrace (approximately 30 square meters) with decorative ballustrade, 4 sun-loungers, covered dining area with table and chairs, barbecue and equipment.
One set of bedding and towels per person including beach towels are provided within the rental charge, there is a charge for laundry payable in advance at £12.00 per person per week. Extra linen is available with an additional laundry charge.
Lettings are from Saturday 4.00 p.m. to Saturday 10.00 a.m. unless otherwise agreed.
The apartment is on the third floor.

Whatever the season, the Mediterranean climate of the Cote D'Azur allows you to enjoy the daily market and shop for your fresh produce. The marina and town beach are only a five minute stroll through the arched entrance to the old town.The Picasso museum, situated on the ramparts is a short walk from the apartment
Eastern European, and Italian to traditional French cuisine are all within a few minutes walk. The Provencal market is open each morning from 6.00 a.m. with an extended market on Thursday and Sunday. Craft stalls are open until late and there are usually bric-a-brac markets twice a week.
If you wish to travel further afield, Aix en Provence is easily reached by road within 2 hours, whilst Monte Carlo is under an hours train journey away.

Just returned from our second trip to this very special apartment, the terrace was beautiful and we sat out every evening eating and haveing the odd glass of wine! This home is not for people who like concrete blocks and everything super modern- its quirky, full of character , with all your needs catered for- thanks again Norman and Sue.
We took our parents who hadn't been to Antibes before and they loved it.

"rather fine inside, except for the smallish twin bedroom and permanently noisy terrace"
well situated flat fit for a couple with kids , but the second twin bedroom is a bit uncomfortably small for an adult. Lots of appliances in the kitchen but no radio and no TV in the flat..
Big terrace but difficult to enjoy it due to the loud coolers working 24h a day just facing it.
no noise inside when doors closed though.
We are grateful for the comments received and welcome feedback which will assist us in ensuring our guests enjoy our apartment.
As part of the holiday experience we offer our guests, we made a conscious decision not to provide a TV (we do not advertise a TV !) We do however, advertise and provide a CD/Radio and iPod player (we have re-checked and it is working). There are also a selection of books which we regularly update.
Our lovely planted terrace is well used by our guests, many of whom have returned year after year. On the opposite side of the street is an old air-conditioning unit which we have been informed is due to be changed imminently. We have been to see the manager of the property concerned and understand that there was recently a temporary problem with the unit which they are now dealing with.
Our twin bedroom has been carefully furnished to sleep 2 and has it's own separate and private en-suite bathroom.
