Villeneuve-Loubet - Plage
Located in the heart of the French Riviera Villeneuve - Loubet affords the advantages of both a seaside and countryside village. On acccount of this double feature - as rare appreciated - it is called the greenest of the azur places which is justified bb its famous marina, its kilometres of beach and it's parks and woods covering more than 1.000 hectares of green and woody spaces. yacht club de villeneuve -loubet
Skiing is also popular in the winter months.
Antibes / Villeneuve - Loubet area
There is loads to do in the nearby area including golf, horseriding, tennis, natural parc de vaugrenier, canyon forest where you will find an adventure park for small children.
The old village has a castle and a museum of art food 1846-1935 and there is still a restaurant in art-culinaire.
The buses are 5 minutes walk away and cost 1.30 euro one way anywhere. The rail stations is 10 minutes walk why not visit Cannes, St. Tropez, or Nice.
There is also a large shopping centre within a 10 minute walk.
Antibes is very close, a 5 minute drive along the sea, there is ample free parkingt, and every 20 minutes a navette (bus), you takes you to the town.

Fly to Nice airport then you can either drive or take a taxi, the property is approximately 20 minutes from the airport.
