Home description

Situated on 3rd floor ( with lift and stairs ) in a prestigious, recently constructed residency on Albert Premier, adjacent to the Old Town and only yards from the promenade and beach, this highly desirable modern apartment is tastefully furnished and fitted througout to the highest standards. It is the ideal holiday home for families and friends to enjoy the beaches and all the amenities of Antibes.

There are two large sofas ( one can convert to a bed ) in the spacious lounge and the french windows give access to the balcony, which receives the sun from early morning through to the afternoon. The kitchen ( with a breakfast bar ) is fully fitted with all the necessary appliances and there is a large dining table with four chairs.
The two good size bedrooms have floor to ceiling mirrored fitted wardrobes together with one double bed and two singles.

Parking is available on site for a small car only

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region

With over 300 days of sun a year the French Riviera remains one of the most popular holiday destinations in the world. The glitzy and stylish town of Cannes, the city of Nice with many museums, art galleries and charming Old Town , Monte Carlo with the Palace, Casino and Grand Prix circuit and St Tropez with its beaches, boutiques and bars are all accessible by public transport which is efficient and reasonably priced. Inland there are many villages perched on the hillsides well worth a visit such as St Paul ( Art and Provencal produce ), Biot ( Glassware ) , Vallauris ( Pottery ) and Valbonne ( which can all be reached by public bus ).


Attractions for youngsters at Biot ( a short bus or train ride ) are Marineland ( with the dolphin and killer whale show ), Aquasplash water park, Amusement Park with rides , Wild West theme park, The Farm and mini golf.


There are plently of places closeby for walking ( there is a very scenic walk around the Cap d' Antibes, the Valmasque forest, Park Vaugrenier ) and there are also several local shops to hire cycles and bikes.



Antibes / Centre Ville area

Antibes is located between Cannes and Nice in the heart of the French Riviera and has a special charm and character of its own. The Old Town, which dates back to the fourth century b.c. consists of a maze of narrow streets, alleys and public squares brimming with cafes, bars, restaurants ,shops and markets. Port Vauban, which provides a resting place to many of the worlds largest superyachts is well worth a look. There are numerous clean, sandy beaches which are rated amongst the best and most popular in the South of France.

Juan les Pins ( a modern holiday resort ) is also close by and although it is best enjoyed between Easter time and the autumn it offers sandy beaches, bars, restaurants and a vibrant nightlife.

Throughout France and in particular the Riviera, there are many festivals, fetes, exhibitions and concerts held on a regular basis.





How to get there

There are many airlines from UK and Ireland that fly into Nice airport including BMIbaby, Jet 2, EasyJet, British Airways, Flybe, Aer Lingus and Ryanair

A public bus service operates approximately every 40 minutes during the day to Antibes ( 2008 price is 1 euro )

Airport transfers can be arranged in advance
