Villa Cassaou offers you the possibilty to enjoy a holiday in complete tranquility, you don't have to even move form the poolside to enjoy the seaview. The villa itself is spacious with three large bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms. There is a large sitting room that also profits from the view.
There is a large garden that has access to the river that runs from the coast to Valbonne and if you enjoy walking the village can be reached on foot.
The house is filled with beautiful antique furniture, it is a very prestigious villa

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region

The climate is probably what attracts most to the Cote d'Azur, hot and sunny in summer, and generally nice enough to eat outside all year round.
It is an area with a large choice of landscapes without having to travel very far, the dramatic coastline that stretches from Menton to St Tropez. For those who want to avoid the hustle and bustle of the coast, the countryside is not far away and the Gorges du Loup a breathtaking canyon is situated just 30 mins inland.
The area is spoilt by the number of picturesque French villages, for example Hauts de Cagnes with its own chateau or Saint Paul de Vence which was the preferred village of Louis XIV.
For those who prefer the city life Nice or Cannes are just minutes away, Nice where you can see the real contrast between the old and the new, or Cannes famous for its film festival

Antibes / Biot area

Biot is particularly well situated just twenty minutes from Cannes and Nice and only 3kms from the nearest beach. It has everything you could possibly need…… from very good restaurants to very reasonable. There is a a fantastic bakery in the middle of the village just next to the main square where you can spend hours watching the world go by.
Biot market is every Tuesday and Valbonne every Friday
There are many things to see and do, whether you are a family with young children who need to be amused or a group who want to relax at the beach or head into the crosscountrys to enjoy the many walks that are available. For sport lovers there is tennis, golf and unlimited water sports on the coast

Three large bedrroms all with en suite bathrooms, there is also the possibilty of an extra single bed if necessary. The spacious living room looks out onto the terrace and the seaview!
There is a separate dining area inside and a fully equipped kitchen.
This property would be ideal for two couples sharing as the two double bedrooms are independent and have their own terraces so that you can enjoy your own privacy.

Further details outdoors:
It is rare to have such a large garden in the South of France, if you enjoy the peace and quiet this is the ideal location for complete relaxation. There is a large swimming pool that is not ideal for young children.
Holidays on the Cote D'azur are incomplete if you do not have an area to eat outside, Villa Cassaou has a large outside dining area that overlooks the sea, what more could you want.
There is lots of parking available

Countryside Immobilier accepts payment by bank transfer only . To confirm your booking you will need to sign our rental agreement and make a 25% deposit of the total rental . If a booking is made less than four weeks before the arrival date the total sum must be paid at the moment of confirmation.
For bookings of more than one week a chamber maid service is offere
