The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region
The Cote d'Azur is famous for its fantastic clmate that allows you to enjoy outdoor living to a maximum, the beach is a short drive. The villa is situated in between Biot and Valbonne two typical french villages that offer a large selection of very good restaurants and shops. Weekly provençale markets are on Tuesday (Biot) Friday (Valbonne). Biot village is 2500 years old and is perched on a hill that over looks the sea, and is particularly famous for it's pottery and glass blowing.

There is so much to do and see; If you are an art lover, you will know that many artists have painted on the Cote d'Azur because of the luminosity, therefore there are a large number of permenant exhibitions and museums in the area ie:Picasso, Chagall, Leger and Matisse. If you are looking for a more sporting holday, the area boasts more than 15 golf courses and of course with the sea nearby there are all sorts of water sports on offer. For children there is a large water park in Biot, as well as karting and pony rides. If you enjoy music there is a Jazz festival in Juan les pins, a contemporary music festival in Nice. Further details indoors: A Luxurious, Villa has all that you need to enjoy a self catering holiday. Bed linen and towels are provided and if the rental period is for two weeks or more there is a weekly maid service. The living area consists of a very large sitting and dining room, which opens onto a large terrace in the shade, There are four large double bedrooms and one twin room, two ensuite bathrooms and two independent bathrooms. Two bedrooms open onto the swimming pool and sunbathing area. The villa is spacious and there is air conditioning so the house remains cool.
Further details outdoors: The Swimming pool is very large so that even when there are ten guests you can all enjoy a swim, there are sunbeds on the terrace around the pool. The outdoor dining table is in the shade so that you can enjoy all meals on the terrace and lookin over the beautifully landscaped garden.

Countryside Immobilier accepts payment by bank transfer only . To confirm your booking you will need to sign our rental agreement and make a 25% deposit of the total rental . If a booking is made less than four weeks before the arrival date the total sum must be paid at the moment of confirmation. For bookings of more than one week a chamber maid service is offered.
