The house is a antique fisherman house, typically built on three levels above ground, with a terrace on the top floor
offering an exceptional views of the sea and the Cap d’Antibes.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region

The french riviera is world famous for its sunny climate, beautiful scenery of sea coast and Provence landscape.
The area offers a wide range of historical, cultural, commercial, sport-oriented interests.
Places like Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Nice, Monaco, are all within a short drive distance.
Juan-les-Pins, at only 1,5 km, is a lively modern resort town with sand beaches, restaurants, shops, casino, night-clubs , Jazz festival in mid-July.


Antibes / Centre Ville area

Antibes, quiet historical town right on the sea, is ideally located between Cannes and Nice.
It is the only sea-front fortified town from Marseille to Italy, and is well-known for :
The ramparts (seafront defence wall), with its panoramical walkway; the old town with the Cathedral, Picasso Museum in Grimaldi Castle, Vauban Harbour and the « Fort Carré, the medieval atmosphere of small pedestrican streets and squares, the colourfoul Provencal Food Market, the numerous artisanal and commercial shops, restaurants of all types, bars and pubs.
For the boat-fan, the Port Vauban is the largest yachting harbour in Europe.
Sand beaches are distant only a few minutes walk.
The Cap d’Antibes, known for its exclusiveness, offers also a spectacular seashore promenade.

Lower floor : one bedroom with two beds, bathroom with tub.
First floor : One bedroom with double bed (can be separated into two single), one bedroom with two superposed beds, one bathroom with tub.
Second floor : bedroom/dining room with double bed sofa, bath with shower, kitchen.
Third floor : Living room opening directly on terrace, offering direct views to the sea.
The vertical distribution with central staircase, one room facing the sea and one facing a garden maximises privacy and offers great views from each room.

Further details outdoors:
The pedestrian old town is usually unaccessible by car. The house has the advantage of allowing short time parking at 20meters to unload luggage or shopping. Permanent parking is possible at the harbour private parking, 300 meters away, at the cost of € 35,00 a week. It should be booked in advance during peak summer season.
No car is needed as the house is within a 5 minutes walk to the market, shops, restaurants, harbour, beach, and within 15 minutes to shuttle trains providing quick access to most Riviera cities: Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Ventimiglia.

The rental period is usually weekly from saturday 4:00 pm to saturday 10:00am.
Shorter periods can be considered in low and mid-seasons.
There is a linen change and clean every week, in case of several weeks stay.
A refundable security deposit is requested upon arrival, in the amount of 1 000 euros.
