Apartment is located in a predominantly residential community. Consideration must be given to the complex and neighbours. This apartment is not suitable for people who wish to drink and talk on the balcony into the early hours of the morning.
Conditions
A security deposit of €200 will be collected by the maanging agents upon arrival. This is refunded at the end of the rental, assuming there is no damage or losses.

First class. Prompt emails before the holiday, and quick replies to queries. Lovely big flat, with balconies on 3 sides. Beautifully kept grounds, and fabulous swimming pool. Although on fairly main road, not too noisy. Our 5 teenage children loved the wi-fi, and computer was useful. Enjoyed the tennis court. Boulangerie very close for morning treats! Did not have a car, until last day, and found buses not as handy as anticipated. Favourite day out-Monaco by train |
