This modern, air-conditioned holiday apartment is the perfect destination for a trip to the French Riviera. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed; the spacious living area includes 2 single sofa-beds and a pull-out bed. Guests can enjoy private access to an upper terrace which features outdoor furniture and a Jacuzzi (via spiral staircase).
All clients have access to a splendid swimming pool with a waterfall, whirlpool baths and geysers (deckchairs, mattresses and parasols available). The apartment is fully air-conditioned.

With over 300 days of sun throughout the year, the French Riviera is an extremely popular holiday destination for visitors from all around the world. As well as being the home to many famous places to visit along the coast (such as Cannes, Nice and Monaco) there are also plenty of beautiful medieval villages a few miles inland that have plenty of charm and appeal of their own.
Places of interest in the surrounding area:
• Vallauris, a world centre for craft pottery, 5 km from Antibes.
• Biot (craft town) and the National Fernand Léger Museum (paintings), 7 km from Antibes.
• Hauts-de-Cagnes, a mediaeval town (frescoes, Renoir Museum), 9 km away.
• Cannes (the square, the Castre Museum and Notre-Dame de l’Espérance, the Rue Meynadier and Forville market, La Croisette and its façades, markets and old districts), 12 km away.
• Nice (Promenade des Anglais, Church of Gesù, Cours Saleya, and Masséna, Matisse and Chagall Museums), 20 km away.
• Vence, an old town on a rocky promontory (car-free) and the Perfume and Liqueur castle museum, 20 km from Antibes.
• Grasse, the world centre of perfume and adopted home of Fragonard (perfume museum, perfume factories, the old town, 12th century cathedral and so on), fragrant walks, the gardens of Pégomas, Auribeau-sur-Siagne, Spéracédes and its oil mills and wash houses, Cabris Castle), 23 km from Antibes.

The Antibes area
The quaint streets of the Old Antibes make you feel as if you're in a quintessentially French town. Water lovers will be in paradise as the water is crystal clear and mild. Tourists can pay a visit to "Fort Carré"; the beautiful château of Antibes, or the Picasso museum in the Grimaldi chateau. Nice and Cannes are close and easily reached by train.

By road:
From Paris: A6 motorway, then A7 ("Autoroute du Soleil") then at Aix-en-Provence, take the A8 ("La Provençale") as far as Antibes, exit 44. Then take the D35 towards Antibes ("Route de Grasse", then Avenue Philippe Rochat). At the junction with the Boulevard du Gal Vautrin, follow the signs for "Vieil Antibes / Port Vauban”. Then go down Rue Sadi Carnot as far as the Avenue de Verdun roundabout. Turn right, then first right again onto Avenue Frédéric Mistral. The reception is at the end of the road on the right.
Arriving from Italy, take the exit for Antibes, then take the D35 “Route de Grasse”, and head towards “Vieil Antibes / Port Vauban".
