Le Chateau de la Pinede is located in one of the most prestigious residences in Juan les Pins. The residence is tucked away in a 7 acre oasis of calm, landscaped gardens, but just a few minutes walk from the shops, beaches, restaurants and night life.
The Apartment is situated on the ground floor and has its own private garden with patio on three aspects, giving a choice of sun or shade all day. The Apartment is 70 metres square and has an entrance hall, large living/dining room, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with WC and a cloakroom with second WC. Air Conditioning units in both bedrooms and lounge.
There are two twin bedrooms (a Z-bed as an optional 3rd bed) and a sofa bed in the lounge (we would not recommend more than 6 people in the Apartment.) All rooms in the Apartment have doors opening out on to the secluded private garden which trebles the living area.

The Apartment is well-equipped and comfortably furnished throughout.
The kitchen contains electric hob, eye level oven/grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
There is a TV with Sky and DVD in the living area and also a telephone (a card must be bought for calling outside local area).
The garden has table and chairs, loungers, parasol etc. There is a private underground garage for your use.

Conditions
As our apartement is situated in a quiet residence it is particularly suited to families and couples. Rules set out by the Syndicate in charge of the residence do not permit us to rent our apartement to groups of single young people.
• Booking - Having agreed availability on your chosen dates we will hold your booking for 4 working days. To secure your booking we need a completed Booking Form and a non-refundable holding deposit of 25% of the rental charges. When we receive your booking form, we will send you a confirmation invoice showing the holding deposit you have paid and Balance remaining. This is due 6 weeks before your arrival date.
• Keys and Arrival Instructions will be sent to you after full payment has been received and 7-10 days before your arrival date.
• If you wish to fly down and reduce your baggage, we can provide linen (sheets and towels) at £17 per person, to cover the cost of laundering at the end of your stay. Please indicate your requirements on the Booking Form.
• Damage/Loss Deposit - £200 is required with the Balance against any damage or loss during your stay. This is refundable upon return of keys and subject to no damage/loss reported by our cleaner.
• Cleaning - We require £60 to cover the cost of cleaning the Apartment after your departure. This will be deducted from your refundable deposit.
• We request that guests leave by 10am on their departure day (Saturday) and please do not arrive before 3pm on arrival day, to allow time for cleaning the Apartment.
• May we remind you that it is essential you take out full personal travel insurance for all people intending to stay in the Apartment. This is to insure against cancellation, any medical expenses or loss of personal possessions. We would also advise you to take an up-to-date EHIC (NHS/European Health Insurance Card) with you.
• Payments - We regret that we do not accept credit cards. Cheques should be made payable to:- J & PM Robertson. Alternatively payment can be made online over the internet - please contact us for further details.
The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region


The Alpes Maritimes region offers a great choice of places of interest to discover, leisure activities, relaxation, culture and traditions. The French Riviera offers everything to entertain visitors: an important architectural and cultural heritage, the sea for both water sports activities and relaxation, sandy beaches, and peaceful inland countryside, a multitude of mountains for sport activities, picturesque and idyllic perched villages, preserved gastronomic traditions and an incredibly mild climate.
300 days of sunshine each year make holidays both in summer and in winter really enjoyable.
Cannes, just 8km west, famous for its Croisette and its the annual film festival in May, or Nice the largest city, which is 20km eastbound with is Promenade des Anglais, and its Carnival in February. Grasse, famous for its perfume distilleries, Eze and St. Paul de Vence, well-known for its art galleries.
Monaco with the castle, its oceanic Museum and casino in Monte Carlo with the Monaco Grand Prix in May.

We have visited Juan Les Pins for over forty years and the Chateau for many years, this apartment is an oasis in the area. Juan Les Pins caters for the very young to the very old. The apartment is more like a villa with the surround garden. Secure site with pools and tennis courts. Home from home. You wont regret staying here whether you are a couple, or extended family. The owners are very helpful, professional and pleasure to deal with. We go every year - enjoy. |

The ideal apartment for all ages, close to all the amenities in Juan les Pins. The apartment is well equipped with everything of high quality and in generous quantities. The private garden round the apartment offers sun and shade with plenty of seating. The pool and tennis courts are situated in well maintained secure grounds. The owners are very helpful and have lots of information in the apartment for local attractions. We have returned for three visits and have another visit booked for early summer. |

Once again we loved our time in Juan, the weather behaved itself and there is a special pleasure in waking up each morning to clear blue skies ... all is well with the apartment, which was immaculate on arrival and just as we remembered it.
