Once you enter the villa through a large electric gate, you will be enchanted by all the palmtrees. There are various terraces around the property which offers privacy even when you are with a large group. The view over the hills is beautiful and all rooms are very big. Curently they are building another new bathroom and the house is in excellent state. Inside the villa you will enjoy your holiday as much as outside. Really a pearl amongst the holiday villas along the french riviera!

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region
The Alpes Maritimes is one of the most popular regions in France. Wether you want to have a taste of glamour or enjoy in all serenity a glass of wine in the beautiful countryside, it's all possible along the french riviera. There are many authentique villages to visit as Saint paul de Vence, Valbonne or Mougins. But if you want to lay down in the sun, then you have all the beaces from Saint Tropez to Monaco. Ofcourse there is a wide choice in excellent restaurants. Please ask us for recommandation!
Antibes / Biot area
Biot is famous for it's glass blowing. You'll find many workshops and artists in this provençal village. There are some very good resaurants and the main square looks very cosy with sunny terraces. Antibes with it's popular daily market is only 15 minutes away and on the Cap d'Antibes you'll find the most prestigious estates. Ofcourse Cannes is nearby if you want to shop or have lunch on the beach!

We recommend that you hire a car from Nice airport. Biot is about 20 km from the airport. Please contact us for assistance in renting a car.

Further details indoors: This unique villa with a total living comfort of 360 m2 lies in a very nice residentiel area in the charming village of Biot. The garden is 3000 m2 and very beautifully planted with many palmtrees and all sort of flowers and plants. The large pool (85 m2) is surrounded by terraces.
Conditions
Linen and towels packages are 25€ pp. The electricity is paid at the end of your stay. Costs for end cleaning are 250€.
