About the home

Beautiful villa just 2 km away from the beach, 10 minutes from the Nice International airport. Villeneuve Loubet is in between Nice and Cannes. It is a very quiet and peaceful place yet it has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, grocery store only couple of minutes from the villa, pharmacy store 50 meters from the villa and many excellent restaurants for eating out. Nice 3 bedrooms house, 1 bathroom, 2 ladies room.

The villa benefits from its own shared private pool, next to it there is another pool only for the children. Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony. With one queen size bed, double and one single bedroom, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

In the domain, there is a small convenient store 50 meters from the villa where you can buy fresh baguettes everyday. Next to pool, there is a nice resturant as well.
Villeneuve Loubet is an excellent choice for your holiday.

It’s easy (unless you leave it until the last minute!) to find a place to stay from the large range of possibilities…
It’s easy to have lunch on a terrace at the sea-side or in the village. There is a choice of leisure activities too: on the Mediterranean or in the heart of nature.

Nice warm weather (25 to 28c degree sea temperature) and (30 to 35c air ) through out all the summer (July and August). great places to visit i.e., Nice, Cannes, and Antibes etc which are all within 10 to 25 minutes of driving distance. Monaco which is only 30 minutes by car.

Nice beaches (warm Mediterranean sea temperature), mountains, forest, rivers, great Jazz music. Shows, exhibition, theaters in Nice, Antibes and Cannes which is only 15 min. Places to visit i.e Provence villages such as St. Paul de Vence, Vence.

Middle age villages eg. Cagnes sur mer, Nice. On the French Riviera, there are olads of things for families to do. When you stay in Villeneuve Loubet you make the most of its giographical situation in the heart of the Riviera.

It is ideal for getting to the curiosities and activities that the region have to offer.

The Antibes / Villeneuve - Loubet area

Villeneuve Loubet is a small, nice, quiet, and peaceful village yet there are many activities to do with kids. Ideal for families, next to Villeneuve Loubet village there is canyon Forest where kids all ages can do many sport activities, and great places to go for a walk or stroll.

If you like to play golf, many golf areas are within 5 kilometers. Beaches are only 2 kilometers. Amusement park, marine land, canyon forest, aqualand, Antibes land (faires are everywhere) and many other parks are only couple of kilometers away from the villa.
Day trips and things to do, such as Nice, water sports, horse riding and so on are within 2/5 kilometer, Our villa is located in the centre of all the day activities areas.

This place is the centre of all the historic places Nice, Antibes, Golf les juines ,St. Paul de Vence. Many museums are only within 3 to 5 kilometers from the villa.

It takes less than 10 minutes by Nice International airport to get to the villa. There is a bus stop right by the domain gate. Train station is only 5 minutes of driving distance. Local buses run regularly between the airport and the town.
There are always local taxis available.

“Lots of nice things to say !!! We had a wonderful time there!!!” Lots of nice things to say! Me, my wife and my 4 year old daughter had a wonderful time in Hameaux de Soleil. We spent a week on the house and the weather was brilliant. The area is perfect to visit the South of France... very central and not as busy as a few towns can be on the summer. The Hameaux de Soleil complex is safe, relaxing and family welcome. The complex has its own pharmacy and grocery shop. Fresh Baguette every morning!!! Our daughter had wonderful time on the swimming pool area. Location wise, it is very close to Nice and Nice airport. The beaches are close as well and if you want to go to a beach in another town (Cannes or Antibes) you can easily access the highways and avoid traffic. It is very close to St. Paul de Vence, which is beautiful for an afternoon ice cream. The house is complete...very functional and comfortable. It was in pristine condition when Francois received us. Three big rooms and a large living area with all amenities. Kitchen was great too. We also had a few meals outside on the open area in the back. Francois was very nice in allowing us to arrive quite late and leave quite late too. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone heading to that beautiful part of the world !!!

We spent a great week at Les Hameaux du Soleil “en Famille”
There were several things we particularly appreciated
• The flexibility of Reshma and Francois who allowed us to use our two camp beds which enabled our “big” children to bring two guests.
• As much hot water as we needed
• The hammock and gazebo which allowed us to eat outside all the time!
• All the kitchen utensils we needed
• French Television
• The on- campus pool and the fact it was not a Holiday village so there were lots of real French people.
• Manu at the local store who was so friendly and helpful.
• The good local beach and diving platform- although more than a comfortable walk away and transport needed
• Lots of good places to visit very locally
• The proximity to Nice airport which allowed our big children to fly to join us for the week. (Four of us drove down and camped there and back – The Verdon Gorge is not to be missed.),-- Jayne Pearce, U.K
