About the home

This elegant studio is superbly situated facing the sandy Salis beach, at the beginning of the prestigious Cap d'Antibes.The sea view can be enjoyed from it's spacious terrace. The residence has an outdoor pool, and there is allocated underground parking available. It is but a short walk into the old town of Antibes, and a car is not necessary as there is a shuttle service from the beach into the town, and bus station, from which buses run along the Riviera. It provides a comfortable environment in which to enjoy either the 'buzzy' summer season, or a relaxing off-season break, with all the facilities of the popular town of Antibes close to hand. It is an ideal base for exploring the area, with Cannes, Nice, Mougins and Grasse but a short distance away.

The studio has been tastefully finished, marble floors throughout, and is well equipped, including a drop-down double bed, and comfortable sofa. The American-style kitchen has an oven, hob, built-in fridge and dishwasher, along with freezer and washing machine. There is a full bath, with shower over. The televsion has an English Prime package, for those who might feel a bit homesick! An air-conditioning unit is fitted, if needed. It is more suited to couples, but there is space for a travel cot, which we can arrange. Internet access is available, with free landline calls VoIP calls to Western Europe and USA. Please note a studio does not have a separate bedroom, to avoid confusion.

Linen is included in the price, and towels are available to hire, as are a travel cot and high chair, and an air-conditioning unit. Changeover day is usually Saturday but can be flexible, particularly out of high season. Departure is by 1000, and arrival after 1600, although some flexibility may be possible by arrangement with the local English Agent, who will support you during your stay.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region

The French Riviera has attracted international holiday-makers for over a century' with it's warm temperatures, azure sea and a wealth of culture and history. Well worth a visit are Cannes, Nice, St Paul de Vence,and St Tropez, a little further down the coast. The lively resort of Juan-les-pins is a 20 minute walk away, with it's nightclubs and bars, and the famous Jazz Festival in the month of July.The bustling and historic Old Town of Antibes is but a 10 minute stroll.

The Antibes / Salis Beach area

The Old town of Antibes can be explored day after day, revealing new delights on each occasion, with its many cafés, bars and restaurants. There are museums to visit, and boutiques to browse. Marineland is short distance away, for an aquatic day out! Why go any further than the beach? A short stroll, laze on the sand, and watch the world go by..the yachts of all shapes and sizes, the kitesurfers - relax and enjoy!

Linen is included in the price, and towels are available to rent. Final clean is included, except with short breaks (less than a week) when there is a 100€ change-over fee. Deposit of 25% (150€ min) per week to secure booking, balance payable 2 months prior to holiday. A security deposit of £100 or 150€ is payable on arrival to cover breakages, excess cleaning costs etc. A cot and high chair are available for hire. Please enquire for Christmas and New Year rates. Payment in GBP: this is not a problem, and your rental is fixed at the exchange rate at the time of booking
