Villa | 5 bedrooms | sleeps 10
Brand new for the market for summer 2013 this is our beautiful 5 bedroom luxury contemporary villa situated on Cap d'Antibes in a very quiet road just under the Lighthouse and the Chapel. Panoramic sea view with views as well of the Alpes. The villa has recently been completely renovated and is extremely well equipped. There is air con throughout and the fixtures and fittings are very tasteful. We have both full Sky TV with Sports and Movies, French TV and Russian Satellite TV.
The villa is in 2 parts. The main part has 3 ensuite bedrooms, an open plan living room and kitchen. Plus an apartment with 2 ensuite bedrooms, living room and kirchen. This makes it ideal for people holidaying together or for separating adults and teens, or staff.
Outdoors there is a lovely heated swimming pool with a shower next to it. There is a BBQ and seating at the main table for up to 20 once the table is extended. Plenty of other seating areas and lots of sunbeds. The swimming pool area gets the sun from sunrise until around 6pm.
There is also a 4 car garage with a gym area and wine cellar. The garage has an automatic car door.
The swimming pool has an electric cover which disappears out of view when the swimming pool is in use. The cover conforms with all health and safety requirements and is much safer than having a pool alarm.
The villa has an alarm and external cameras for added security.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur region
With over 300 days of sun and blue skies most of the year, the Cote d'Azur is a perfect holiday destination to visit at any time.
Visit some of the well known places including Nice, Cannes, Monte Carlo and Juan les Pins. Take the train, which hugs the coast, and take in some of the spectacular views before you reach your destination.
St Tropez another favourite for many can be reached by boat from Cannes or Juan les Pins. Plenty of Golf courses within a 30 minute drive. During the winter the ski resorts of Isloa 2000,Auron and Valberg can be reached in 90 minutes.
CAP D'ANTIBES: Cap d'Antibes is situated halfway between Nice and Cannes. Planted with pines and protected by the Garoupe Lighthouse, Cap d'Antibes is a heavenly place to live. La Baie des Milliardaires, hidden between sea and sky, with its prestigious waterfront properties and lush gardens, makes this place unique and priviliged. Among these gorgeous properties with splendid parcs, the world-renowned Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc is a holiday resort of stars and world's leaders. 20 min from Nice international airport and 20 min from Cannes-Mandelieu airport, the second largest private and business airport in Europe.
ANTIBES: Antibes Juan Les Pins, located a few kilometers from Cannes and Nice, is characterized by its 25 km of coast offering a wide range of sea landscapes, creeks and fine sand beach. Between tradition and modernity, history and heritage, nautic activities, night-life and the International Jazz Festival.
The old town of Antibes and its historic area featuring waterfront remparts, with charming houses made of cutstone and a provencial market. The port of Vauban is the biggest marina in Europe and it has both traditional fishing boats as well as luxurious yachts on the French Riviera. There is much beauty to be seen in the old town with its fortifications along the coast, tiny lanes lined with lovely shops selling all sorts of curios, side-walk cafes and restaurants. There are 3 museums in the town including the Picasso Museum.
The morning covered market on cours Masséna overflows with Provençal goodies, cheeses, meat, fruit and vegetables. It is open daily between June and August andall days except Monday for the rest of the Summer). On Friday and Sunday a craft market takes over in the afternoon. When the stalls are all packed up, café tables take their place.
It has managed to maintain its historic character and local personality while accommodating tourists in search of fun after the sun goes down. Antibes is a bit quieter than Juan les Pins, but it still has a decent number of pubs and wine bars plus a huge variety of restaurants. Juan les Pins has a few nightclubs for the younger at heart.
