This newly built 3rd floor apartment has video entry ,and a lift that takes you direct to your entrance door, The apartment is furnished with state of the art equipment, including a Sony 42" plasma TV with Sky Saterlite programs, DVD, play station 3, and surround sound home cinema. Full internet access via Wi-Fi broadband, you will require your own laptop. The two bedrooms at the rear have flat panel TVs, are very quiet and overlook an illuminated Provencal garden and fountain ( no access ). The open plan living area has an American style cuisine, equipped with hi quality state of the art appliances, including a dual temperature wine cave, and fitted coffee machine, a chargrill for those special dishes, and filtered extractor hood. Large sliding glass doors lead to a sunny south facing terrace, this is fully equipped and illuminated, ideal for dining out.

Every effort has been made to create a luxury apartment, only the highest standard of furniture fabrics and fittings, including beds and bedding have been used. It is our aim to provide a unique atmosphere for those wanting more than just an average holiday let,. Such items as the seating are high grade Italian Leather, and much use is made of glass and stainless steel in the cuisine and for items like the desk,and tables. Just check out the specification.

The Terrace is not overlooked , beautifully Illuminated and has a calm private atmosphere.
The garden at the rear is not accessible by any of the apartments, but in some ways this is good as it is always quite.
The designated parking place is located below the apartment, conveniently on the first level and is protected with a security barrier. Entrance to the parking area is by an electronic bleeper.

The balance payment to be made 8 weeks prior to arrival Refunds will not be available after this date. Access to the apartment is 4pm on the day of arrival. on the day of departure you are requested to vacate by 10am/10.30am

The coast road to the West will take you via the beautiful Cap d Antibes, on to Juan les Pins, Cannes and onto St Maxim / St Tropez in the Var,To the East Nice, St Jean Cap Ferrat and Monte-Carlo. The A8 Autoroute allows fast access into Italy & beyond. Our preference is to take the Trains, cheap, clean, reliable and will take you to the centre of all the major towns

TGV To Antibes these trains connect from Uk, or direct from most European cities, and stop at Antibes. The apartment takes no more than 5 minutes to walk from the station.
Fly to Nice from many UK and European airports. Taxi 15 mins No 200 bus from terminal 1 takes 45 Mins or the Train from Nice station 15 mins. Many of our clients fly from smaller UK regional airports to regional French airports, then travel the last leg of the journey by hire car, interesting and often cheaper and easier.
If you like to drive, the autoroute is just so easy, with door to door motorway.

We stayed several months and totally recommend it for the trouble free renting process, and service support from both the owners Richard and Gail, and their Agent in Antibes Sue. A fantastic location in the old port, everywere is easy to walk. the restaurants / shops / the Station / the beach and amazing old port. The apartment feels like being on a small yacht ; compact but with lovely fittings and furniture, the whole apartment has a quality feel. Views over the roftops from the lounge and even a glimps of the sea from the balcony is a pleasure. This is a truly stylish pad, and you will want to return

We stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks and we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is just minutes away from the marina, old town and lovely beaches. The apartment is furnished and decorated to a very high standard and Richard, the owner, could not have been any nicer to us on our arrival. The apartment was very clean and has a very nice feel to it. There is enough space for 4 people on the balcony and we enjoyed having our breakfast there. We can highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment was spotless with all modern amenities in a fantastic location in Antibes.The kitchen has everything including a lovely real coffee maker and the spec was of a very high standard. The owners greeted us on our arrival and recommened some excellant actvities to do on our stay. The train station is only a 5 min walk with trains to all destination along the coast and inland which was handy so a car is really not neccessary. The free beach in Antibes was about 10 mins away which was lovely and for a real treat we walked to Juan le Pins (25 min walk) to visit the paying beach (22 euros for a bed!) We would definately reccomend the apartment and would love to stay again. Rating 5 out of 5

Just returned from our stay here and really appreciated the lovely apartment which was very and well maintained. The weather was very changeable so it was great to have nice surroundings to relax in when raining. Nice balcony to sit on even in the rain. Cooking facilities were great. Everything was provided as listed but also included were extra's ie books, maps, DVD's. Location is superb, close to beach and to old town. Proprietors were very helpful and ensured that we had all we needed to make our stay pleasurable. Would definitely return to this accommodation. Rating 5 out of 5

Been here a few times now and its one of the best apartments we have stayed at in Antibes. The Location is fantastic, 5 mins to beach and marina, excellent restaurants on your doorstep, It even has a huge plasma with full Sky TV.
All high spec appliances, and wi-fi.

"I stayed at Patio Vauban in Antibes for 1 week in August 2010 with my husband & 14 year old son and it was one of the most relaxing holidays we have ever had. The apartment was spotless and the kitchen was of a very high standard with ever attention to detail taken care of. We loved the 50” TV with all the English channels and the varied choice of DVD’s to watch.
Staying in a lovely town with a beach & a railway station 5 mins away that takes you all along the coat was ideal as we could combine sunbathing and sight seeing without the hassle of driving a car. The journey from the airport was easy and at 8 Euro each on the express bus, a lot cheaper than the 75 euros that we were quoted. The free beach 10 mins away was really nice however a 25 min walk to Juan le Pins with the paying beaches @ 20 Euros was well worth a day out. We have already booked it for summer 2011 and we have never gone on holiday to the same place twice. This shows how much we enjoyed out stay."
