This "Provencal " villa is located just 15 minutes walk from a nice village called Biot, famous for" potteries and verreries". Quiet and peaceful, yet only 10 minutes by car from beaches, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including a local market every Tuesday, many excellent restaurants in the village, and Biot is next to Valbonne Antibes Juan les pins (10mn by car)...With plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. The villa benefits its own private pool (12metresX 5metres). A large terrace furnished with table and chairs to enable you to have lunch and dinner outside. If you enjoy to play golf, you could visit the one in Biot(5minutes by car)or the other one in Valbonne or Opio.

Biot is surrounded by a beautiful countryside.10 minutes drive to the nearest seafront for walking, good sandy beaches at Juan les Pins ,Antibes, Nice, Cannes .
14 world class golf courses in the nearby area: Golf de Biot valbonne. Opio,Golf de grasse, Riviera golf club de Mougins.
Travel/ 30 minutes drive from Nice airport. Easy taxi access from the airport. Car recommended
Easy drive to the local market at Valbonne, many small shops, pharmacies, wine cellars and excellent restaurants nearby. Biot is friendly, many shops speak English and the village hosts numerous arts activities throughout the year. The weekly market is great for local produce and handmade gifts.

Antibes / Biot area

The climate is great from June until September....Famous Jazz festivals during summer in Juan Les pins and Nice(arenes de Cimiez).Night life is very attractive in Juan Les pins ,Cannes...Even in Biot, Valbonne. Excellent restaurants in the surrounding areas. Nice place to visit such as"verrerie", "Marineland"(our SeaWorld":the most famous in Europe),Saint Paul de Vence and its galleries. Concerning day's activities, beaches, water sport(skiing, wakeboarding, kite surfing, fishing).Or maybe you would prefer to visit our "arriere pays", To go on a "randonnée"(French excursion)

Fly to Nice, the "villa" is just 10kms from airport. Nice location near Biot Village.
Cheap flight available from easy jet
Car hire from Hertz or Europcar
Local buses run regularly between airport and Biot train station. From here, there are free buses to get your holiday home
