This recently renovated spacious one bedroom apartment, located on one of Antibes picturesque and quiet old streets, has everything you need for a relaxing holiday right in the heart of the old town. It has a comfortable double bedroom with mezzanine above for additional sleeping if needed (ideal for families with small children), a brand new bathroom with Bath & Shower and a new modern and fully equipped kitchen that opens into a spacious living area with 2 full length double windows giving it a light and airy feel. The L-Shaped sofa easily converts into a double bed so the apartment can comfortably sleep 4 with optional sleeping arrangements. Located in the heart of the old town, you are only a short walk away from the local beaches and also the many cafes, restaurants and shops that the wonderful old town of Antibes has to offer.

Pricing is based on 2 people sharing. We will consider a total of up to four persons in the apartment, which will incur a supplement of an extra 60 Euros a week on the rental price for 1 or 2 extra persons (or if the sofa bed is used)
50% deposit is required to secure reservation and should be transferred to our bank account within 5 working days after accepting a hold for your required dates.
Remaining 50% to be paid 28 days before arrival.
Refundable 200 euros security deposit payable.
Changeover day is Saturday, will be flexible where possible.
Check in 16:00 – Check out 11:00.
Apartment should be left clean and tidy, further cleaning charges will be applied at a rate of 25 Euros per hour should this not be adhered to.

In the Sunny south-east part of France, stretching from the southern Alps to the French Riviera and adjacent to Italy and Monaco to the east, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur is a land of many contrasts.
The landscape of inland Provence is alluring with stunning rock formations and rich coloured dazzling soils. Between the rugged hills and mountains, there are deep gorges, fertile valleys filled with carpets of lavender, almond groves and ancient olive trees and vines. You can everywhere smell the pleasant aromas of wild herbs such as lemon verbena, rosemary, thyme, or basil.
The world famous town of Antibes with it's old town and large port situated between Nice and Cannes, offering the perfect holiday location. Steeped in history, a selection of superb beaches, restaurants and so many things to do.
Even in Winter months one can lunch outdoors by the sea on most days. Antibes is only 1hr 40 minutes from the Mercantour Park where there are a variety of Ski resorts (Isola 2000, Auron & Valberg) to be visited in the Winter Months.
Marché Provençal: every morning except on Monday, in Old town just a few minutes walk from the apartment offers magnificent locally grown fruit and veg, flowers, spices & local specialities.
Some of the museums in Antibes: Picasso Museum, Museum of archaeology, Napoleon Museum Cap d'Antibes.
The Antibes Coastal Path is a lovely walk around the Cap Antibes, with breathtaking views out to sea and across the bay witha sneak peak at some of the largest, magnificent properties on the edge of the water.
The town of Antibes is in the centre of the Riviera, with its good train connections including Monaco and Cannes, the pretty hilltop villages of Mougins and Grasse, Eze, St Paul de Vence as well as other charming seaside resorts such as Menton and Golf Juan. Cannes by train - 10 minutes. Nice by train - 30-40 minutes. Monaco by train - 40-50 minutes.

"A great little apartment in a lovely town"
We stayed for a week in this great apartment. In the old town of Antibes, 5 mins from the beach, and a short walk from the market (go on a Saturday - it is fantastic). The apartment is just fine - nic… More

"Lovely apartment in excellent location"
We arrived earlier than the usual check-in time but Kelly said it would be fine to move in when we got there and she met us on time and had left us a welcome pack which was very helpful. The location of the apartment is excellent, 5-10 mins from the station and 5minutes from the beach, supermarket and restaurants. The apartment itself is very nicely decorated, fully kitted-out with all the commodities you might need. I would definitely stay again and recommend it for the future. The owners are lovely and the location is great, especially for visits along the coast since Antibes is on the same line as Marseilles in the west and Nice, Monaco and Italy in the East.

we spent a week in antibes in this stunning little apartment, its so tastefully decorated and it is clear the owners have paid attention to detail. fabulous location in the heart of old town cant wait to go back.
