The apartment is situated in a calm area in the outskirts of Juan les Pins just two minutes walk from the beach. You will find many shops, boutiques and restaurants in five minutes walk from the apartment.
In Antibes there are many historical buildings, museums, markets and so on.

This is a nice three bedroom apartment. The apartment is 50 square meters (538 square feet) and has a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower. All the rooms in the apartment have air-condition.

I will also be able to furnish tailor made “Holiday packages” to ensure for example that the fridge is stocked up for breakfast, with our without Champagne!

Cote d'Azur, where the weather is sunny most of the time. We enjoy about 300 days of sun each year thanks to the protection from the Southern Alps that create a micro climate which benefits both nature and humans alike.

It is the perfect area for your vacation, both in summer and winter. Whatever you prefer to do during your vacation this is the area; different art museums featuring artists that once was active here such as Picasso, Chagall, and Matisse. Antibes / Juan les Pins area

In Antibes you will find the Provençal market with fresh vegetables, fish, spices, cheese, etc.

Antibes is also the home to many historical buildings, museums, markets and so on. It's an authentic village with all-year life.

Did you know that Antibes also is the home to one of the worlds premier yacht harbours? You can see boats in the harbour here that are among the very biggest private yachts in the world.

Shops and boutiques of many different kinds you will find in Juan les Pins thanks to it's international audience. The nightlife is also one of the liveliest along the coast in the summer, never a dull moment. Thankfully the apartment is located just outside of the centre so you will be able to enjoy a good night's sleep to recharge for the next day.

How to get there

Juan les Pins/Antibes is one of the most popular travel spots so it is very easy to come here, many airlines serve the Nice Côte d'Azur airport (NCE) airport. Most low-cost airlines also serve the area. Rental of cars or motorbikes are abundant and I will be happy to share by best tips when you rent through me.

This is a nice compact apartment, where you will find everything you need for your vacation.

There is a 28 square meters (301 sq feet) terrace with a small garden for you to use during your stay.
It has a table and chairs that seats six people and also a couple of comfortable armchairs. There is also a barbecue you are welcome to use.

- On request I can arrange food in the refrigerator; Breakfast package, Champagne package, Wine package or even a Dinner package.
- Extra equipment in the apartment such as child chair and beach towels can be arranged.
- Cleaning service can be arranged for 100 Euro.
- I can also book transfer from and to airport
- English, French, German and Scandinavian-speaking representative on hand to answer any questions during your entire stay on the French Riviera.

- Arrival and departure on Saturdays preferred.
- To reserve the apartment we ask for 25% of the rental sum in advance. The balance payment is due 40 days before arrival.
- You will be met personally at the apartment .
- Refundable breakages deposit of 300 Euro (about £ 205) required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
