The apartment is situated in a calm Residence with a lovely garden, large swimming pool, kids pool and two tennis courts. You will find many shops and restaurants just five minutes walk from the apartment.
In Antibes there are many historical buildings, museums, markets and so on. Shops and boutiques of different kinds you will be able to find in Juan les Pins which is just five minutes walk from the apartment.
A nice three bedroom apartment, newly renovated in April 2007. The apartment is 68 square metres (~732 sq feet) and has one living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a WC. All the rooms have French balconies.
I will also be able to furnish tailor made “Holiday packages” to ensure for example that the fridge is stocked up for breakfast, with our without Champagne!

Antibes / Juan les Pins area
Antibes, this beautiful harbour town from the time of the Romans, is today a lively city with 75000 citizens. Together with Juan les Pins the city ranks as the second largest town on the Côte d'Azur. In the summer here comes many tourist and boat folks, whom makes the event and night life blooming. Here are many beautiful beaches and a rich culture life. The city is located between Cannes and Nice.
In Antibes you will find the Provençal market with fresh vegetables, fish, spices, cheese, etc.
Antibes is also the home to many historical buildings, museums, markets and so on.
Shops and boutiques of many different kinds you will find in Juan les Pins thanks to it's international audience. The night-life is also one of the liveliest along the coast in the summer, never a dull moment. Thankfully the apartment is located just outside of the centre so you will be able to enjoy a good night's sleep to recharge for the next day.
How to get there
Juan les Pins/Antibes is a very popular travel spot so it is very easy to come here, many airlines serve the Nice Côte d'Azur airport (NCE) airport. Most low-cost airlines also serve the area. Rental of cars or motorbikes are abundant and I will be happy to share by best tips when you rent through me.

Conditions
- Arrival and departure on Sundays preferred. - To reserve the apartment we ask for 25% of the rental sum in advance. The balance payment is due 40 days before arrival. - You will be met personally at the apartment . - Refundable breakages deposit of 200 Euro (about £140) required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
